The pizza is excellent, 5 stars , ordering it by phone is a side show, 1 star .It's not a person who takes the order, so I wanted an order of garlic sticks with my pizza and the automated system wanted to put garlic on my pizza and not order the garlic sticks lol What a joke.
I worked here and I had a big problem with the manager his name is Muhammad he's not even the manager just a stand in and he was the worst i worked there for 3 months and then he stopped putting me on the schedule I started with 40 hours and every week I would get less hours and then when I asked him if I'm going to be on the schedule he said that there's too many people working and just stopped texting and calling me and was just ignoring me also when you do order they don't care they cut the pizza so bad
They don’t even deserve one star. Terrible terrible terrible terrible service, they never bring anything that you order. One guy that answers the phone has no idea what I am trying to order he barely speaks English and then he hangs up on me. You talk to the manager and you tell them what is going on the manager themselves don’t even take care of the problem. This place has got to be the worst place I have ever ordered from. The food it’s not even that great. Just horrible all the way around.
I would have gave them a five star but because the Philly cheese steak single without double the meat there was barely any meat but I was told it tasted good I got double the meat which was even better the cinnamon twists are really really good so I mean overall The taste is really really good but I think they could really step up the meat department for the Philly cheese steaks that was my only complaint

Bad customer service, didn’t try to explain anything about how to fix an order and rudely interrupts me and cancels the order without hearing the issue and hangs up the phone. when I clearly just had questions and due to bad reception was treated very rudely. I have ordered from this location before and the food was also improperly handled and with an inside source and having a few new employees you would think they would straighten out the this location.
My food was promised to be ready in 11 to 21 minutes. That food took over an hour to be prepared for carry out! There wasn’t an update as to how long it was going to take. Very upsetting.
I have online ordered twice and must say the pizza was very good and fast service the only thing is I feel staff can be a little more welcoming.when you go pick up but beyond that service and cleanliness was very good ?
Always my food is in time n hot..really fast service.
The past few times I’ve ordered from this place they always delivered my food cold and an hour late. Terrible service
