Yeah growing up next to this chili’s it used to get me excited. but what it has become is a dirty…. I mean sticky…… mess. It’s cheap food yes don’t expect 5 starts but the food is bleh and the service is too.
Great service and very friendly staff
Went into chili at around 3:30pm on sat may 15 2022 to eat. We waited for about 3 minutes for a host to come out to seat us. We saw plenty of seats available. A waitress at the bar area dropped of a meal off to a customer near where we were standing and did not even greet us. Finally the host came out from the back and said it will be 15 minutes before we can sit down my sister asked why would it take so long? He has an attitude replying to us that there was only 1 server. We understand shortage on staffing but attitude in replying to a paying customer is not right. We decide to spend our money some where else that is more friendly. We will not come back to your location for a very long time. Hope you train your host to be more customer friendly.l
Fries was salty and not fresh . Had to request fresh fries and the meat had to be redone it was my first time and the last. On the positive side, the Mango drink was good.
We had to wait a half an hour to say what we want to eat then after i took a bite inside my food and it was dry and we had to wait to get refills on our drinks
Order take out, upon arrival my food was not ready at that time was an hour. I'm a Chili's fan and do hope they will someday enforce staff wearing gloves. I had a chance to watch how they were preparing orders, between touching microwave and people orders, along with brushing the food counter with their hands was a turn off.
We stopped in Farmington for the night on the way to Boston from Virginia. Even though a chain restaurant, it was nice to know the food would be good. Nothing spectacular but steady quality is always a good thing.
Great food, the customer service of our waiter was excellent, he was working alone and he make sure everyone was taken care of and food was made quickly.
This Chili’s waited until my order was complete to let me know that they did not have certain things available. Extremely disappointed, and an alternative is not a solution. I should’ve been informed that my order wouldn’t be fulfilled when placed or contacted to be made aware so that I could have canceled the order. Not pleased with the lack of service and communication of this place…
I’m a HUGE fan of Chili’s, but I will never visit this location again. I went out to dinner with my mom and baby cousin on Christmas Eve. My waitress looked completely unenthused the entire time and made little effort to satisfy mine and my families needs. She claimed that she THOUGHT they were completely out of straws but I noticed plenty of straws behind the to go counter and asked if I could have one. She then offered straws to the table next to me by grabbing the unwrapped straws with her bear hands. The table immediately complained and questioned why she had done that and her response was “my hands are clean”. This table reported this to manager thankfully. Lastly, I sat next to the kitchen and the entire time I’m hearing staff complain about working on Christmas Eve and essentially complaining about customers. He was purposely being loud so customers could hear and didn’t mind that I could hear everything clearly. My waitress didn’t even come back to our table and after we finally left, we called to make a complain and my call was not answered even though I called over and over during operating hours. Seemed that this was another stand taken since staff were required to work on Christmas Eve. The ignorance of my waitress during the COVID 19 pandemic, and the lack of customer service appalled me enough to never want to go back.
