Asked for onion rings, got fries instead. No salt on fries, which okay whatever. Asked for no tomatoes on burger got tomatoes. Asked for no ice in the sodas, they complied, but it would've been nice to know their fountain sodas did not come out cold already. Long wait for gross food.
I have stopped for a quick bite twice on the last month and the drive through has an odd smell. Someone needs to look into that horrible smell of vomit. I will not be going back to that location.
terrible service. rude employees you could hear cursing up a strom about other customers in the back, little kids sitting in the back of the kitchen playing on there tablet. employee texting on the phone while taking my order and constantly talking to coworkers about personal things unrelated
Needed a quick stop for lunch on our way through Hartford. This BK location was fast, polite and super patient cashier and they got our complex order right!
HOURS ADVERTISED ARE INCORRECT!!! I placed an online mobile order at about 10:20pm (hours say they are opened until 11:00pm on Sundays) and when I get there 10 minutes later, they aren’t even open!! So now I have to figure out how to try and get my money back after placing an order I didn’t even receive.
the food is tasty and fast, the service is very good, there is also bilingual service, the orders are mostly through the window because there are few employees and for health reasons it seems appropriate to me, I must highlight the service is excellent, I will continue visiting them constantly and recommending them for its good attention and good taste.
This location is the WORST. Corporate or the health department needs to have a visit perhaps. So aggravated... every time i order from here my order is wrong. The slushy machine and ice cream machine has been down for a year. They are so unprofessional.
Clean place, food is hot at least when you get it and it's not bad it's ok. Only huge problem can't use restroom. For that reason less likely to return
Pulled in at 630 parked and waited 20 minutes before going to order so they can glhave time to open and settle in. It's now 7, they turned the lights off outside if to say "we aren't professional, our hours say 630-11 but we do what we want here."
