Many years ago, I visited this Wendy’s and had a sub-par experience. After suffering through the 20 minute line, the Wendy’s then proceeded to mix up my coke and give me a Dr. Pepper instead. Naturally, I was taken back. Typically, I am a big fan of Wendy’s and their Spicy Chicken sandwich, but this experience made me want to avoid this establishment all together. However, I am a believer in 2nd chances.When I arrived at this Wendy’s for the 2nd time, my expectations were at rock bottom. I was afraid to be hurt yet again. First impressions, though, were much better. I moved through the drive-through line with ease, collecting an order for me and my associate relatively quickly. The staff was friendly and professional when I spoke with them. I pulled away happy, glad I had given this Wendy’s a second opportunity. And then I arrived to eat my foodEverybody knows that a key ingredient of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is sauce. That sauce becomes even more important in an order of chicken nuggets (like the ones my associate got). So you can imagine my anguish when I opened my bad and found NO SAUCE. I wanted so badly for this to be a story of redemption, but it seems that is far from the truth. The old wound of betrayal was reopened, and I am left empty and abandoned. I hope one day I can go to this Wendy’s and leave smiling. But that day is not today.
Cashier was great. Other staff can't follow simple orders. Manager refuses to correct order while the staff preps food complains
Food was fresh specially for like 330am, huge shout out to the team bc I hadn’t ate in like 8 hours ‼️
Ok but not great. People making food were wearing pajamas. One girl making burgers had a white and purple onesie on like my child wears it had a hole on her butt and was stained. The guy working register was professional.

They have one of the quickest drive thru locations I have ever experienced. For the pandemic slowing things down, they still work remarkably well and fast. Not a wrong order yet and I go here multiple times a week.
Wendy's is my absolute favorite fast food restaurant of all time! The burgers are nice, thick and juicy! And they are always freshly made, right in front of you! I would pick Wendy's over any other fast food restaurant, 100 out of 100 times!!
Some of the best Wendys food I have had. Fries were hot, and perfectly salted. The burger was hot, juicy, and bacon was crunchy. I would def eat it again.
