I stopped at this place for the first time today. I was on my way home from an appointment and pulled in. Heard good things about them. Well you’re not going to hear good things from me. The man behind the plastic wall gave me a bad attitude from the get-go. After I ordered and he gave me my change, he told me to please wait in my car and that they don’t take walk in orders. Then when he brought the food to my car he held his arm out to hand it to me because I didn’t have a mask ? on. I called out to him and told him I am vaccinated and I don’t have the disease. I also called him a few choice words, and followed it up with a phone call telling him that they have a bad attitude there and they will not be getting my business again. My first and last order. There are plenty of Chinese food places around… Don’t need to go there! I don’t care how good the food is… They have a very very bad attitude an absolutely zero customer service skills.
Food was clean & fresh. Missing 2 wings from my order. They charged me $7.44 for 5 wings and only received 2. Aside from my chicken & broccoli with steamed white rice lunch special. Total $17.72.
The food was pretty good until I found a hair in it and that was it for me, I called the restaurant back and they refunded me but that was about it. I didn't see anyone wearing a mask or hair nets so I won't be ordering from here again
Been getting take out from here since they opened 30 plus years ago. Never a problem . Food is always awesome !

1st time this place charged our credit card twice, 2nd time we wanted to pay cash BUT they were so so so RUDE, we will never return.

Worse customer service experience in recent memory. I walked into the establishment to pay for the call-in order. My covid-19 mask is on and the guys behind a glass partition, are still looking at me like please leave. I paid for the order and the clerk has the audacity to tell me is that your car out front with the NY plates? I said yes, he watched me get out the car. He says go wait in your car, I don't like people waiting inside anymore. Avoid this rude place with its subpar taste.
My family has been going to this restaurant for many years. The food is delicious. The place is clean and everything is always fresh. But then there is the owner's son... He is nasty! Miserable! Not nice to the customers! I'm afraid they're going to go out of business because of him, unfortunately!!! Since he is so unhappy, he should definitely not be the person answering the phone and serving the customers. I don't know why I keep going back... Probably because the food is so delicious! Beware of the son!!!
