This is hands down the worst Taco Bell. Did a mobile order and was in line for over 25 minutes waiting on the ONE car in front of us. Our order wasn’t even started until we got to the pick up window and then they didn’t give us the chicken taco or any sauces like we asked for in the mobile order. Stay away from this location. Will have to file dispute with credit card for food they didn’t give us.
We ordered our food and after 30 minutes they still didn't even start making our food yet. Some other people sitting next to us said they waited over an hour and still hadn't gotten their food yet. I even saw several people waiting in the drive-thru just leave since they weren't getting their food
I go there at 12:45am, they try to make up their own hours of closing when they are sitting there doing nothing getting paid and try to say “WeRE cLoSEd” (are you??) I wait a few minutes, come back around and they’re open now? Woah! Super rude taking my order even though it was a simple cheesy roll up and rice bean burrito. My burrito and roll up was disgusting and cold. How do you mess up something so simple? They all sit around in a corner trying to look like their closed. I’m going straight to upper management and owner. This isn’t the first time they have done this. They want to get paid but not work? Atleast change your hours if you actually don’t wanna stay open late but like I said they sure do like to get paid sitting on the clock. This job isnt even that hard, go cry to the kids and people who work insanely hard labor non stop in foreign countries!!!! Just put the food in the microwave, Taco Bell!
Drove up to the drive thru window at 11:30 tonight and was told they were closed. Their hours say they are open til 2AM. As I said, I came at 11:30 PM and was told they were closed. Glad I wasted my time coming here when they don’t even follow their listed hours. I guess they can just close whenever they want despite their clearly listed business hours. Cool, must be nice to just close whenever you feel like it.
This Taco Bell is sub par...I go once every 3 months so i dont die from frustration, every time I visit they find a new way to screw up, it's actually very impressive just how many ways they can screw up... I asked for no tomatoes, guess what? I got extra tomatoes. I asked for sour cream, guess what? One had sour cream the other had sour cream in a cup in the bag, its really a sight to see. Oh and bring your own bag because they prefer to hand you your food one piece at a time....
Wow. 20 minutes sitting behind 2 cars in drive thru. They need to learn “park over there and we’ll bring it to you”…
Came in no one came to the counter, had to eventually use the kiosk and had to wait another 40 mins. I hope the food is right bc the service is horrible. Talked to one of the customers, who turned out to be with grub hub driver, who had been waiting 30 mins when I asked him how long he had been waiting. He waited an additional 15 mins bf he got his order. I just don’t have the time to tell the rest that went so wrong. If I could do no stars that’s what they would get!!!
I visited this restaurant today on my lunch break. Decided to go inside to order unfortunately I stood there for over seven minutes there were three employees standing right there looking at myself and a few other patrons.The employees never greeted or took my order. I then went outside and got in my car and went to the drive-through,Where I was met by an employee who said we are not serving food through drive-through not to mention I just saw them serve food to someone else while standing inside where no one greeted me. Then someone else got on the speaker with a horrible attitude and was very rude. I will never come back to this place again, horrible horrible lack of service. I wouldn’t even allow my dog to eat here.
After waiting 10 to 15min in the drive thru line, I received my order. My tacos, as well as the bag they came in, were all wet and soggy as if they were sitting for 10 to 15min. Definitely not worth $20.
They messed up my order I ordered for extra cheese and they didn’t give me enough cheese
