Great staff but they often forget the whipped cream and I have to go back and ask for it:(

The actual coffee shop is clean, modern, and the employees are very friendly. The 3 stars are due to the location and the drive-through. The parking lot is tiny, poorly laid out, and very hard to move around in. The drive through dumps into the narrowest end of the parking lot, making traffic in the already small parking lot, adding to the difficulties of the lot.
I thought I would rate the drive-thru as above average experience. On a busy Sunday with a gigantic cue, they seem to have it under control. I prefer to walk in for a more personal shopping experience but we did the drive-thru today for three beverages and one muffin. I like this location as it is close to i-95 exit 39A. I also like the Orange location at Peck Lane.
They got my order wrong. I noticed when I drove home and called them up. They said the next time they mess an order up I should drive back for a refund. So I contacted corporate and they are sending me a gift card to Starbucks worth double of my order that was incorrect. I guess being a Karen DOES pay off. #karenstrong #notmystarbucks #imwithkap
The Baristas at Starbucks are always cheerful asking how your day is how is going being involved with the customers very polite very understanding very patient love going there
The worst coffee I ever had. I am a regular Starbucks coffee drinker. I think they brewed the same coffee over and over. It’s was disgusting. Never going back to this Starbucks location.
Very friendly staff and a great sitting area to study or do work. The one downside, as with every Starbucks, is wait time. Otherwise great place.
Terrible customer service. The barista ripped my drink out of my hand, without a word, when I kindly told her there was too much cream in it.
Very bad experience. The girl in the drive thru wasn't in a good mood she Was talking about the cus6 who was behind me in a bad way and also when she gave me my coffe I said thank you and she just closed the window
