By far my least favorite fast food restaurant. I have friends who enjoy this place unfortunately, so I've been dragged here more than I'd like over the years. This particular location doesn't have good service. They're always out of menu items whenever I go, regardless of time and day of the week. The prices are high, the food quality isn't great, and I've gotten sick from it a couple of times, which never happens to me at any other fast food locations. I'd advise to avoid this restaurant.

This was my first and last time I will visit any Sonic. I had a large limeade which I enjoyed after a recommendation to try. It stays cold for a very long time and was refreshing. I wish the customer service was refreshing. It was horrible from ordering to pick up. At the pickup window the drink was handed to my husband to give to me. He realized and said out loud that he meant to order the cherry limeade.The worker didn't offer to change it and only dismissed us to leave. Later that evening when i came to the end of my drink and opened the lid i see foil material at the bottlom!!! I am disgusted and what I could have ingested! This review will go on all social media and to corporate.

The person who owns this franchise is obviously loaded because this location is awful! Pretty sure gorillas could do a better job. Car hop broken, inside abandoned, high school dance party occuring indoors. Out of the majority of the menu, three people "tried" to take our order before we drove off. Sad, because this use to be really delicious!

i stopped at Sonic in Milford (today 6/10/22 at 3pm), so I could get water for my dog. I decided to buy a water for me and a burger and asked the person,who seemed to be the runner or waiter... he brought the food out.... Dasha, if he could fill the tupperware bowl with water for my dog. He immediately brought back some cold water along with the rest of my food. My dog was enjoying the water when the food came and he lunged toward the food..knocking the ice cold water on my lap. Dasha saw that happened and came back in about a nano second with a cup of water and a handful of napkins. He did not have to do that... but he just solved two problems for me... i am now dry and the dog has more water. I hope that Sonic realizes what a gem they have in Dasha. In a world of craziness, Dasha, calmed things down. Great thinking, and acting, and kindness. I will return again because of him.

Went 6/15//22 just before noon. The place looked closed but wasn’t. Only drive thru available. What seemed to be the only person working looked like she’d rather be anywhere else than at work. She was unbelievably rude and barley acknowledged your existence. The ordering speaker thing looked broken and you couldn’t tell if it worked until she spoke three minutes after pulling up. She probably heard me complaining that it looked broken and I didn’t know if I should pull to the window but she couldn’t be bothered to correct me. She then handed me my food with zero care. Being well mannered, I thanked her multiple times and she ignored me. Go to the Wallingford Sonic to see how a Sonic should run.

I got home with my food & opened up the kids meal that I bought and found a hot dog that looks like it had a bite taken out of it. Disgusting & called corporate and nothing can be done…

Do NOT go here. The staff is so incredibly rude. Went on Tuesday night 5/17 at 8:30pm. Wasn’t busy - there were 2 cars including mine in the drive thru. People taking the order were so rude and kept rushing us when we were ordering. When we got to the window, we waited for a while for them to give us our meal. They were 1 drink short so we ordered our ONE medium drink. Lady at the window said it was ~$4.50. When I checked my bank account today (Sunday), saw they charged me ~$10 for ONE drink. They stole my money on top of being so so rude to us. Never ever going back to this location and strongly encouraging anyone I know and all reading this to NEVER go to this location. Horrible service and now have to deal with my credit card company to get my money back.

Today's 5/14 7:15 pm just left your restaurant. Sat in the parking lot with my mother. I ordered a bacon double they had no bacon ordered the sprite little ice they gave me freaking carbonated water. My mother ate her food she didn't want any problems. I will never come back to this location ever

Restaurant is not open, they don't know how to give a customer some napkins. Food is good for one star ✨ but they need to do better. I was standing outside for 2? Mins waiting on food to come. It could have been longer.

Stopped in because I wanted to try brownie batter milkshake. What a MISTAKE. Line is extremely long so we drive up to the car hop and sit in the car. Press the button and told it's closed. So we decided go in and order to find out the whole restaurant is closed. So after sitting in line for 20 minutes. We placed our order and we had to repeat ourselfs 3 times on our order. As we arrive to the window I can see why she had to repeat ourselfs the music was so loud, sounded like a party. After we got our order pulled off and see my milkshake is vanilla. Can't go inside to replace it I'm not sitting 20 minutes online. Seems like there is no management here .Avoid this place so many better places nearby
