Over the years we have been to Lasse’s many times. The past 4 times we have been here we received terrible service. The most recent one to this time was Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation and they gave our table away even though we were early. They then proceeded to seemingly forget about us at the table (next to the POS). We didn’t receive waters or another beer when asked for multiple times. They got my boyfriends order wrong and they didn’t offer to fix the dish at the time so he just ate it. Prior to that, we typically would order out and would constantly have items missing or meals wrong. The food here is amazing, but they don’t have the service to back it up. This is the final straw. We called in for hot food, ordered 3 hours in advance, and they took the order wrong and gave it to us cold. Management would rather back up their staff and tell you you’re wrong than actually resolve the issue with the customer. We will not be returning here as sad as it makes us due to lack of problem solving skills in management, and due to the lack of service from the front of house staff.
Lasses is a great little restaurant with AMAZING roast beef sandwiches. Their prices are reasonable and the food is consistently good. Lunch time fills up but there’s never really a wait. Food comes out relatively quick.
We are NEVER disappointed! And the staff is like family and treats evey patron as such! FANTASTIC place...but MAKE A RESERVATION!

Had dinner tonight for a friend's birthday. Service was EXCELLENT!! (I wish I got our server's name! She was AMAZING!! She even came out to sing Happy Birthday!) Food was absolutely delicious. Can't say enough good things about this place. I cannot wait to go back. THANK YOU!!
Went with my husband for dinner. Ordered broiled scallops and asked for spinach instead of mixed veggies, was told there may be a $3 upcharge so I went ahead and ordered. When we got the bill it was a $6.95 upcharge!!! My husband ordered the fried clams and there were lots of shells and thescallops were gritty as well. Service was fine and food came out quickly so I gave three stars.
Let me start off by saying Service was great,prime rib special was well....Awesome!! Salad with peppercorn dressing as suggested by server certainly was a great suggestion. Would of liked to try more.rice pudding was out so went with cheesecake with rasberry sauce everything was great!
Love this place. Do not love the snappy waitress working the bar on a recent visit. Walked in to pick up an order I placed over the phone as I always do and this young lady, while on a phone call with another customer she was getting snappy with, told me to go to the dining room. Told her I was picking up an order.I won't go into the whole conversation, but she was just straight nasty, WHILE BEING NASTY TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER OVER THE PHONE. She was bouncing back and forth between me and the phone customer. It was nuts, and this was just by me walking in the door to the place. She really made me feel like I was bothering her!I will say that the other waitress that was working looked at me and apologized and said "Oh I'm not taking this all day", so it sounds like normal behavior.Listen, I get it. Times are crazy, places are understaffed, and it's the holidays. But if you are looking to push customers away, this is the way to do it. There was ONE single elderly couple in the place sitting down to eat. Even they looked up with surprised looks on their faces at the way this young lady was acting.If I was not picking up food for others that had ordered with me, I would have told her to keep it an walked out.I gave three stars because I love the place and the food and have been going here for years. If this was a first visit, they'd get 1.
