Wish I could give 0 stars. Hermina has a terrible attitude! As I read these reviews I see she hasn’t changed in years. Never coming back, don’t know how this place is still in business.
I ordered a $14 burger with fries which was mediocre at best and then realized I didn’t have a bottle of water with me to drink so I asked if they could provide me with a cup of tapwater. They stated that they only have the two dollar bottled water. I responded that legally they are required to provide patrons with a cup of water when asked. They responded that I would have to pay $.50 for the cup. I am a nursing mother and just spent $14 on a burger and fries and they refused to give me water to have with my meal and my sons meal and were rude about it too. I would definitely never ever go back to this location or buy the food which was disgusting.
I had to spend the night at the hospital three years ago because I got food poisoning from their fried chicken so I don’t recommend lol
went to the store and asked the cashier her name and it was hermenia. I immediately just left after knowing how much bad reviews she's been getting. I recommend firing her cause she will just cause that store to go down. I'll understand if yoi keep her, just means you don't give a damn about customer reviews

I don't know how much they pay here, but the gentlemen on the grill should be the trademark for how to work. I hope they pay him well and realize what they have. He was fast, efficient and everything was perfect. I pointed him out to my boys and told them, that's how you work! The staff serving always double checked the orders before serving food. I know some high end restaurants that need thus staff.
