Went with family for my aunt’s birthday. No one was at the host station to seat us and when someone did come it was one of the waiters. After a few minutes we got the salsa and chips. However, as we are waiting there was constant singing. I don’t mind live entertainment but it seemed like the band was playing to almost every table. Fifteen to 20 more minutes pass by and the waiter comes by to get our drinks. When the drinks finally come, only two come because the iced tea is “freshly brewed”. Both drinks are watered down. As the waiter takes our order we feel a sense of being rushed? And forget about asking any questions pertaining to the dish you want, it won’t really be answered. We eventually decided to walk out after waiting for another twenty minutes(the place was NOT packed at all) and the other drinks STILL had not come out yet. As we are about to walk away the waiter states our food is “almost done” “it’s already done” and we ask for it to go. He clearly packs it up hurriedly so we can pay and go. DO NOT PAY WITH CARD! We read that they like to dip in and take tip amounts off your card when they feel like it. Anyways, my mother’s food was cold (how when you claimed it was just made?) fried calamari shouldn’t be cold… the food didn’t smell right from the bag, the beans looked terrible and cold. We won’t be coming here again. Just go to Cast Iron down the way!!
Went with my 2 children. Floor wad sticky and gross. Lost my sandal multiple times. Only 5 patrons and still Terrible service. Sat us down and never returned. Took the order of someone who came in after us. We got up and left and no one even noticed. Will never be back.
oh wow where do I start never again short staffed no one to seat you when you walk in we waited forever to be seated I had to say hello where do we sit couldn't even sit outside on the balcony to enjoy our food because there was no waitresses available mind you there was barely anyone there at the time we arrived as for the food not that great at all doesn't taste authentic the food is overpriced no kids menu and the drinks was not good at all didn't bother to order another one. I usually don't bother to do reviews but for this place I had to to I had high expectations I love going out and trying different foods with friends and family to each is own.
Ate here on 5-10-22 for a quick lunch. Place was kinda empty which was good for me. Sat at the bar had the chicken enchiladas suizas. Really good. Bartender was great and beer was cold. Good spot to eat and relax around the mall.
The second that we got there I informed them I had a reservation , they sat us down & then they gave us menu’s & then never came back . We waited almost 50 minutes & then I was over it so I asked to speak to a manager & they told me they weren’t in that day - I told them it wasn’t okay to sit us down & then never come back to the table to take our order or even ask us if we wanted something to drink . I had such a bad experience with them & I will no longer be coming - I have been bringing my friends there for a while & now me & everyone else will never go back die to lack of work , disrespect .
Food wasHorrible I couldn’t believe the waitress didn’t understand any English and sent me the wrong food twice.. this is not authentic Mexican food..
We usually have a good time. Food is good. Service was really slow the last we were there. You have to ask several times for things you might need. Never really feel it's more than a 3 star experience but Overall we like the atmosphere.
Highly recommend you not to go this place will not be going again not only do they take forever to sit you down but they have you waiting forever to take your order. Food was no good everything was stale and old i order medium well stake it was raw Bad quality food. They charge thier own tip even though their service is horrible beware if your paying with card they wait a couple of days to overcharge your bill. save yourself from a horrible experience!
This restaurant could be packed for every meal if it was done right! It is located in a great location, the inside looks great, and the food was ok. But sadly, we left with the impression that because we were not of Hispanic appearance we should not have been there. I say that because every other table that met that description had a server and appeared to be taken care of while we were not.First bad sign was there was no hostess at the door and we had to wait an unusual amount of time to be seated (they didn't appear to be overly busy as I could have understood the delay). After we were sat at a table by a lady who wore examination gloves I guess because she didn't want to wash her hands. A male came over and took our drink order and gave us menus.We was just about fixing to walking out when a young lady asked if our order had been taken. She said "I'll go ahead and take it then". Our drinks were not refilled because I guess we didn't have a server.I only gave it 2 stars because the food was acceptable. But we will not be back. I don't care how good the food is, if the impression and experience is bad, the whole visit will be remembered by the feeling given off.
Good food, great portions for your buck, but service sucks. Seems they cater to their brethren and sisters of Hispanic back grounds and other races get what's left. We waited a while to be seated, afterwards it took 20 minuets for them to take our order.......lots of open tables and plenty of staff chit chatting.My advice is to order and pick up or find another Mexican food joint.
