Sat at counter with no other customers in the store for 5 min with every employee glancing over at me most of them just fooling around and still got no help what a horrendously run operation the management and owners should be ashamed
The staff is a superstar team of idiots. They should fire half of the staff in all honesty. It’s like a daycare in there
Went thru the druve thru, about 4pm 7/1/2022.Ordered my coffee, was ordering a 2nd coffee and the employee insisted I said I was done with my order, was extremely rude and began argue with me that I said my order was done with 1 drink. I said have a nice and left. Never going back.
I don't know what is happening in here. It's just a bunch of kids that really don't want to work so you wait a long time for your coffee to be made incorrectly.
The profanity coming out of a staff member's mouth bothered me. Although I got my order with no problem. The staff member was talking on the phone about personal matters. And kept using profanity.
The manger at the front gave me a bagel and told me I had to put the butter on my self she goes omg I don’t have too

Just ordered small iced coffee with mocha caramel one cream there was no coffee in it and very small amount of ice it had water no coffee tired of this 3 or 4 employees chatting looked like they had no idea what was going on
Willa is the kindest Dunkin employee I’ve ever met!!! Thank you for your genuine friendliness! All employees serving up coffee were smiling and it brightened my morning!! Best service plaza Dunkin experience ever.
