I am addicted to their iced caramel coffee. I also love their hot coffee and munchkins...especially the glazed and jelly.
The workers here are absolutely fantastic but management is something else. Absolutely deplorable I don't understand how Dunkin could let someone like this represent their brand. The machines look filthy and the food tastes stale as if it has been saved over night. A younger worker was trying to get some cleaning done and was told that that didn't matter as profit matter more than shutting the machine down to clean it properly.
Tried to order but was rudely interrupted and spoken over by the girl on the microphone to where I had to repeat myself multiple times until some guy turned on his microphone and proceeded to SCREAM into it to pull forward as if I was done with my order. The best part was after repeating myself and clarifying with this guy who just screamed at me multiple times, still getting the wrong order.
Customer service is lacking for most of the employees. They barely speak to you and never say thank you or have a good day.. Pay them more, they work hard! Inconsistent... Orders are Maybe correct about 47% of the time.
They need to fire that one ugly faced lady that takes orders. Her mouth is filthy like a toilet and she is ghetto. Asked for a donut no sprinkles. She started glitching with her stuttering and acting crazy with an attitude. So sad but I guess the poor and uneducated must work somewhere. It wasn’t even busy. Will be reporting to corporate.
This location is always a hit or miss. They don’t answer the phone. Sometimes the employees are nice, sometimes they are so rude it’s disgusting. One things for sure, 99% of the time, they get the orders wrong. Unfortunately, This location almost always disappoints.
Went at five pm today door locked so you couldn’t go in even though the hours of operation are until 8 pm. Then went through drive thru and told no donuts. I found the staff rude ! Won’t be coming back here !
Whoever was working there about 3:30 yesterday afternoon, i would really look into their actual quality of work and not just hire someone and let them do what they want. Enough is enough. Bad service after bad service, your gonna lose your store. The woman with the glasses and the kid at the drive thru need to go, they are too rude to the customers and they laugh at you, and if they make a mistake it feels like you made the mistake. They must not have a manager.
Absolutely awful. Last night around 5 I went to get 2 shamrock machiattos iced, the kid with the dreads seemed to have heard my order, I said I wanted 2 iced shamrock machiattos with only 1 shot of espresso in them. I come up to the window and pay for my things, and I receive milky espresso and the cups say 1 Irish creme on it and I asked her if it was half the shots of espresso and she said No it’s 1 pump of Irish creme, so I said I did not order that and wanted the syrup and not the shots. The cup was mostly espresso. So she took them back and came back to the window and handed me the SAME DRINKS. It literally still had writing on the cups from the drinks that weren’t right and it looked the same and tasted horrible. It was the woman with the glasses and her hair was back it was about 4-5 pm and the kid with the dreads. Very lazy people.
