I came into your location off of the highway and was assisted by Tae. There were a line of customers at 6:30am and she was the only employee working. She was professional, upbeat and polite. She got the customers taken care of in lightening speed and also demonstrated core customer service skills. I will be back to recruit her for my company. This women deserves a raise or a promotion.
Stopped by for a lemonade was asked by the clerk what size? I asked her what size is available she said only Large trying to be smart! There were no straws on the outside so I asked her for a straw she is asking me what else is missing and another smart comment I thought you could not see because you are wearing shades!!! Are you kidding me what is wrong with this lady. Customer service skills 0 I would have given a zeo star if possible. I asked her name she said it's Rebecca. Rebecca I am very disappointed with your service if you gave me the correct name. Rebecca you need to be trained properly in Customer service and politeness.

Horrible customer service!!! Pink colored hair and her co worker were cracking up spitting all over the place, with no care to customers waiting and then laughing at customers face!!! Really need to train these kids!!!!
Both employees are using their phones and taking too long. As well as my drink being made properly then she weirdly allows herself explaining the problem with our drinks to be interrupted by the person on the phone. Terrible customer service also giving other customers attitude.
I have felt the need to write a review of a Dunkin’ Donuts, but the patience and professionalism I saw demonstrated today from several of the people working there in the face of some of the rudest customers I have ever seen has gotten me to this point. The three customers (same order) in front of me were trying to talk over each other to order, and never clarified their order after they placed it, and then berated the workers as a group when they forgot to put cream in one of their coffees. The customer after me never specified how he wanted his wife’s coffee made, so they made on black, and his wife had a near conniption fit in the four seconds it took them to add milk. (For the record, I asked for oatmilk in my coffee, and got oatmilk.)Both of these instances were handled with the kind of grace and patience most people reserve for infants—although given the maturity level of those customers, maybe that was merited.I specifically want to give a shout out to the young lady with pink hair who apologized to me for the wait, even though it was not at all her fault—thank you!Give these workers a raise, Dunkin.
If there was a way to put minus 5 stars it would be nice, service really is horrible you need to repeat your order 3 times so needless to say upon picking up your order from waiting so long it has been done wrong, i tried to give them the benefit of doubt however i was wrong the second time porr management and training.
Bad management
They didn’t know how to make sandwich and they didn’t know how to make hot coffee cause hot coffee was cold lolso unprofessional employees and management. If you need coffee don’t buy in this location better way is you can buy coffee from convenience store.
Very, very, very rude and extremely terrible at their job. Their employee Jayson shorted my change and called me retarded. Wich really hurt because my cousin who we take care of has mental health issues. But I still have him a tip. He should fired immediately. And they gave me a freezing cold coffee to top it off.
