Waited 90 minutes for them to finally bring us our food and throw a piping hot pizza dish right in front of my toddler - in the space where you would put her dinner plate!! An hour into our wait we politely asked when the food might be out and our waitress couldn’t be bothered to check on the food - finally 20 minutes after that she decided to tell us it was almost out. We finally get our food and I ask for plates - one would think after all of this our waitress would ensure this happened quickly but again we were forgotten. It was not our waitress’s fault that the food was so late but avoiding us when we need a drink refill and being miffed that we are asking nicely where the food is not service. I will say we were comped $25 but don’t think that was enough for this experience.

The food quality was good however, the service left a lot to be desired. The waitress was friendly but mostly absent granted the place was busy yet she still found time to cater the table to our far left. We were assisted mostly by the very busy and friendly busboy who, if it were not for him, most of our needs would not have been met. I can't give the place more than three stars due to the service. I'm willing to adjust this if my next experience improves.

Tonight was my first time visiting Dockside. I was meeting a friend there and I was always curious about it. Service was great, my server Ryan was very nice and attentive to me. Beer was delicious and the food was also delicious. I had some Driftwood, the Jumbo Pretzel and the Rapini (Broccoli Rabe and Sausage Pizza. Very spacious with outdoor patio seating area with gorgeous views of the marina

The pizza is good but when it comes to the wraps and sandwiches it seems like it’s pre cooked ahead of time. The fries were soggy. The shrimp wrap had every ingredients placed in a different directions instead into all mixed into one. The chicken sandwich wasn’t even flavored, wasn’t even crispy. It was soggy and not worthy to eat. I don’t wouldn’t recommend. Also it took a long time to get a check. Don’t order out of the pizza. Not worth it.

Excellent atmosphere. Loved the outdoor dining.

Not only was the food amazing, they had the best service I’ve seen. They got our food out in no time and the place was fully packed! Definitely try this place out. Our server Olivia was great!

Great birthday meal, we sat outside, a little cool in September but great time, elevated bar food and great service. We will l be back

A nice place to enjoy the outside in an igloo with friends. We got the alien igloo and roomy for 4 adults and 4 kids. Two heaters and a nice place to conversed and hang out. The service was great as she checked on us often and the food was good. A little tight with all that food and drinks on a center low table. Wished the igloo wasn’t behind a bar that was being constructed to block the water view. Parking no issue, little pricey as there is a min for renting the igloo but fine with adults looking to drink and socialize. It was something different to do in the area and it was fun to try it out.

Very pleasantly surprised! We were expecting the same old low quality for high prices like we're seeing in so many places. This was a nice breath of fresh air. Our waitress, Caitlin, was very friendly and professional - she couldn't do enough for us. For the food, we started with the fried ravioli w/vodka sauce and garlic pretzels w/garlic parm dip - both excellent choices. Problem is, that the servings were so generous that we couldn't finish our entrees. It WAS a little pricey (50.00 lunch for 2) and the music was too loud. So I took away a star for that. But overall, an exceptional dining experience. We will definitely go back!!

We have had very nice experiences here the few times we've gone. Per COVID, we have always booked the outdoor igloos. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The food is always good and the beer is very good with a wide selection to choose from.
