The people are rude. The blonde was mumbling how this is ridiculous because she was too busy talking to listen to me ask for less ice. The food taste eh not good at all. The hashbrown is cold and stale. When I asked for a receipt she completely ignored me. This is one of the rudest establishments I've been to in Milford and I will NEVER give them my business again. If you can't handle a rush of people then don't work in the food industry. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Everyone has a bad day but don't be rude to customers.
I can see why some others have posted about grizzly customer service, but it only appears to be one lady there that generates all these negative reviews.Our food was amazing and the bagels are some of the best I've ever had. Pastrami, egg and cheese on a jalapeno cheese bagel seemed a little pricey at $8....until I ate it. The quality was amazing and I highly recommend it. Money definitely well spent. The younger lady taking care of us was extra sweet and saw it was our first time there. We got a bag of "day old bagels" from her and what a bargain. We bought extra cream cheese just to continue enjoying these bagels (stored in the freezer until its time to eat) for the rest of the week.The shop is excellent and their bagel quality is superb. We will definitely be back again and look forward to more amazing quality from them in the future!
We had 30 pple for an after wedding breakfast outdoors. Bagels werent fresh. We ordered fruit and only received watermelon (instead of a variety - not everyone likes watermelon). They said they supplied everything: coffee fixings, paper plates and napkins. They gave no utensils (to spread creamcheese), no paper plates nor napkins! Luckily someone had a roll of paper towels and a few plastic mismatched utensils in their car. They gave us half gallons of milk that were already opened with some milk already gone. The delivery guy had an attitude. They also mentioned they were going to add some ‘weddingy’ decor. The decor consisted of ‘happy wedding day’ written in black marker on the plastic cover over the bagel container. Not to mention the cost, not worth half of what we paid! We sent an email a few days ago with feedback and never heard back. We like to support local business however this business deserves zero stars / two thumbs down.
Omg. Amazing breakfast sandwiches and coffee. I've never had a pistachio ice cream flavored coffee blend. It was all so good.
The bagels were barely toasted and I felt like the care & effort put in the quality of the food wasn’t the highest. The coffee was also just average, nothing special. I highly recommend A.M. Bagel over this place, their customer service is much better and kinder.
They make everything from the bagels to specialty cream cheese, and the quality is first rate. Limited seating indoors, but there is more room outside as well (though you'd have to brave the cold now). You'll get your money's worth, because they always load on the cream cheese. I'm never disappointed and I always try something new here, so that's saying something.
The service was really rude, no smiles, no eye contact, no greeting whatsoever. They seemed annoyed that they had customers at all.I just buy inferior bagels at the grocery store at least they are pleasant.

I’ve tried this place three times now. Every single time the customer service is terrible. It’s unfortunate because their food is actually very good. The employees make is seem like your a bother.
