Michelle is an incredible bar tender who really knew the menu. An extremely friendly staff member, she walked me through the menu and really hit the spot on recommending the Dangerous Waters drink. Stop reading this review. Go see Michelle and the great staff at this Dave and Busters location and have a great time!!
We had an amazing experience. Every year, my class takes an end of year trip to Dave and Busters. This year was especially wonderful! Michele, Natasha and Ian were accommodating and attentive. They were ready when we arrived and made sure we were okay during our entire visit. The students had an amazing time and the food was delish!
What a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! we came here with a group of students from our life skills program. Michele, Natasha and Ian were very attentive- set up a great buffet lunch that all the kids loved and provided all the cards and tickets needed with such a positive attitude! Thank you so much!!
My grandson requested to come here for his birthday!!! We had an awesome time as usual. The gameroom for him and the bar for me!!!
We had an amazing time. The place was very clean, the ticket prizes were good quality and fun for the kids to pick out. We bought the 750 tokens and there were four of us, with that we had a lot of play time. Employees were friendly as well.
Went there and got the eat and play combo.1. You have to order your food first to get your card. Me and my friend ordered and before receiving the card I made sure to explain that I would be picking the food up after the play portion. He stated it would be fine and I’d just be waiting about 15 minutes when I did pick it up. I was fine with that.That did not happen. Our food was at the open bar station just open not covered just plated.2. I used the ladies room and waited for my friend at near the sinks and WATCHED a female employee just walk out. I approached her and told her I saw her and she stated she was just fixing her bra there was no need for her to wash her hands ? and proceeded to the bar area that is right near the bathroom. At that point I just wanted to cancel my food and leave but at that point I realized it was just out in the open after I requested everything to avoid that.This was the wildest experience I’ve seen. And just nothing but blatant disrespect.
I came to this location recently with my family for my son's birthday, and I can’t explain how packed it was. Our server was Anthony. He went above and beyond to help with the service and was extremely helpful. Even though he had a multitude of tables to help, he was trying to help all at the same time. I’ve been a lot of places, but honestly, this man deserves a raise for all the effort he’s put into getting things done. I honestly recommend this location and if Anthony is there, just know that you are going to have incredible service.
The food was decent. Cheeseburger could use some work because it tasted like the bread tasted on the edge very horrible but after all the cheeseburger was good. The fries they're really good. The ketchup it just tasted expired. Also the games are really good but I feel like they could add some new options

The food was great and the games were fun! My problem is the attitude of the wait staff. I understand that they were annoyed by a group of 14 that consisted mostly of teenagers, but I don't understand the eye rolling, blaming, and general poor attitude when the adults in the group attempted to ask certain questions and get orders right. It made me feel like they looked at us as an annoyance and they'd rather be doing something else.
