The hash brown casserole was absolutely phenomenal. They never let you down . I’m telling you , you won’t regret it !!!!
The service and the food was disappointing. The menu stated that the tater tot casserole was something for the table to share. The portion came in a small saucer and was maybe ten tots and the server forgot the dipping sauce. We ordered chicken fried steak which was tough. The sausage gravy was as thick as pudding. The mashed potato side was maybe two table spoons worth and they forgot to put gravy on. We had to ask for napkins as none was on the table. The bathroom was nasty. Ive been to a location in Rhode Island which was like night and day compared to this one. The worst part is we drove over a hundred miles from long island for this disappointing experience.
As someone who looks forward to visiting a Cracker Barrel when travelling along the Interstate, it pains me to give a poor rating. Before getting into the food, I was taken aback when I used the restroom and found it to be filthy and unusable. (Use your imagination on this one.) It sickens me to think that the staff used that restroom. The table was sticky and in need of refinishing. The server and food runner were definitely "off their game." They forgot a number of items and didn't give us our biscuits until we were finished eating and leaving the table. The pancakes tasted like they were cooked at too high of a heat setting and were overdone. The sausage patty was dry, tiny and burnt. The ham was full of gristle, the bacon was rubbery and the over medium eggs were runny and cold. This eatery needs a visit from Restaurant Impossible.
Do to traffic we showed up late and was removed from list I asked to see manager several times Even asked for his name Was told criss but no last name He never came out Another wait list came after us and was told your next in line Was never given a chance to be placed back on line as we drove This is wrong You need to rethink this app Maybe just keep on list Traffic is variable and we lost 10 minutes finding the place Very bad access from 95
Service and food was great.. Nice atmosphere.. U can buy merchandise as well as have a positive dining experience..
Pretty good, just mad the chocolate milk is trumoo now like school lunch chocolate milk :/
Affordable delicious food. Had the chicken BLT. The server was Roni she was good,courteous and friendly.
My son is a Senior at the University of New Haven. Whenever I visit his campus, we make sure to eat here at least twice during my stay. The staff is always friendly, and this is so convenient to our favorite hotel - Hilton Garden Inn, Milford CT.
Very excited Cracker Barrel opened back up for indoor seating with a full menu. They reduced the seating capacity and opened the emergency exit doors for the dining room. My family felt very comfortable eating there. The wait staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.
Ordered twice from Cracker Barrel via Uber Eats. Only received one syrup per breakfast meal which doesn’t seem enough so I would recommend asking for more. Country fried steak was good, hamburger steak was the most bland hamburger steak I’ve ever had. Biscuits were hard as a rock. I prefer better quality but will still order in the future. Can’t really mess up pancakes!
