After almost a year of horrible East TN Pizza, it was nice to get some decent pizza! Colony has never been my favorite, but it certainly hit the spot on this trip. It was nice to sit outside, have a drink, and enjoy! If you are a fan of bar pizza, this should be your go-to. We split two pies, they are individual sized, one bacon and one mushroom. Both were tasty, but the mushroom was our favorite. This is a good choice if you are in Milford, but if you can go a few mile further to Roseland, you will enjoy your meal even more.
I love going to Colony Grill!! Pizza is awesome, I really like the hot oil pizza. Both the Milford and Fairfield are easy to get to.
This place has the best pizza ever!!!! I’ve taken my wife there many times with friends of ours, and we have always had a wonderful time with exceptional, friendly service and amazing food! Their pizza is unforgettable! We look forward to many more times!
Hot oil is the ONLY way to go. Got a plain cheese once, my first time there. Had to try the plain like I do at every new pizza place I go to. Just god awful plain cheese. Tasted like a frozen pizza and the sauce not good (it’s a Irish place not Italian enough said) but my wife MADE me go back because she loves the salad pizza and she said to get the hot oil and I fell in love with it. It’s not Italian pizza but I’ll go back for a hot oil anytime. Just amazing!!

Ok let me start with - Irish Pizza!!??They already anticipated this question and put up a sign near the entrance with their origin story which is a pretty cool one.The place was completely packed on a Monday night, we were given a wait time of 45min on arrival and I'm glad we stayed.The pizzas were incredible and since they're thin crust you can easily finish one whole za.My favorite was the salad pizza,we ordered 6 total and 2nd fav would be bacon with hot oil.The place is affordable and if I come back to Connecticut again I'll make sure to visit here atleast once.For the first time in my life I finished a whole pizza and a little more all by myself. Although yes the pizza is thin crust so it's easier to eat.One thing that stood out was the innumerable pictures of veterans. They put up pictures of veterans from all across the country which I thought was really sweet, the waitress even asked me to send them a picture if I knew any US veteran.
First visit based on recommendation from friends. Pizza was good. Just that the hot oil was hotter than I normally could handle. Salad pizza was awesome!
I got a pepperoni and Sausage pizza with hot oil.This pizza is a hybrid. A cross between bar pizza and thin crust.This crust was chewy. I enjoyed this pizza ? pie. I'll be back.
Super thin crust one size only pizza that is great! Good atmosphere. Plenty of off street parking and walking distance to several great bars /restaurants if your on a beer crawl.
I really enjoyed Colony Grill. The pizza is super thin so you can go through a lot. Do not miss the jalapeño oil!!! It was so good. All the flavor without feeling the spiciness. I wish they sold the oil in bottles to go. Sadly they don't.
