As I said we had the sea bass and enjoyed. My gf did say her piece was a little chewy in spots but very flavorful. The plate could have a little more veggies so we ordered a plate of veggies. The restaurant bar is a little loud. Would go back. Service was excellent
Called this place by accident I thought I was calling the Chinese place in Stamford. Placed my order with out knowing and they explained it was not food from China. Kind and warm person on the phone. 5 stars to go along with the nice attitude and warm vibes.
Excellent food at reasonable prices. My only gripe would be the atmosphere. Years ago the restaurant was separated from the bar. Since they opened it up, they lost some atmosphere. Their food makes up for this dilemma. The shrimp & scallop risotto are amazing. Some of the best tasting scallops I've ever had. Their southwest caesar salad is fantastic. I've been coming here for years & never had a bad dish/meal here.
After many years living in this area, my spouse wanted to try this bar & restaurant for an informal lunch in between errands on the Boston Post Rd.We took a couple of drinks at the bar, which was excellent and in my humble opinion wouldn’t look out of place in a Manhattan club, see pix.My spouse was very happy with his medium-rare burger, and the couple of waffle fries I stole from him were the best I’ve ever had! : DAt first the barman looked a bit weird, possibly because he had never seen us before, which I found a bit odd. But we can overlook the cold reception considering that 2020 was a terrible year for bars and restaurants, and some people are still stressed out.
Chris the bartender is amazing I won't sit at a table when he is working always at the rail!! Tip him good .
Great spot for our Saturday date night. We had a fantastic corner booth table that was very comfy. Waitress was very attentive. Food tasted fantastic and presentation was beautiful. Abundant martini menu was fun to choose from. Everything was fresh, served perfectly and great atmosphere. Highly recommend trying. Large bar and areas for private parties. Pretty much has it all! Conveniently located down the street from our office!
Always such great service and food. My husband and I's go-to is the penne vodka, but they also have a great selection of specialty salads in case you want to go the healthy route. Also - the citrus butter is to die for! Whenever we don't know what to eat for dinner, we end up coming to Citrus!
Really nice lunch on the patio. Varied menu. Great place to relax and eat well. We shared crab cake appetizer, watermelon salad, a lobster roll and lobster Mac & Cheese. Small Wine list, but well thought out. Plenty of leftovers!
Sweet surprise. Small, lovely outdoor patio experience with excellent offerings. Presentation was chef quality and the service was just as special.
The food was good but the service was slow. The restaurant was not crowded.
