I used to love Chipotle,but lately the last 3 locations I have visited are lacking of fresh rice or meat no veggies , portions are getting smaller ohh and the guacamole is trash all black,I hope management do something about it ????
This is the worst place to order food from.I spent nearly 50 dollars to order drinks, food , and extra sauce that I wanted, and this place always mess up my orders. This incident happened couple of times. Don’t order from here. You’ll end up wasting your own money.
TYPICAL GEN Z WORK ETHICWell, this was my first and probably last time coming to this specific Chipotle location. The food itself was fine. But when I was paying for my Burrito, I used a gift card. I guess the strip was worn or dirty, because the cashier couldn't get it to work, so he called someone over to assist. This "woman" was young, and I'm not sure if she was a manager or just another worker, but when she walked over, and he asked for her help, standing right next to me, she sneered, and said "I'm on my break!" and she darted out the front door. I said quite loudly "Did she just say that in front of a customer???"The cashier said nothing, and called someone else over, who got my card to work. That is the LAST thing a customer wants to hear. This young girl, woman, whatever, with her long braids and nose ring, should be fired. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. This younger generation Z(as a whole, although there are rare exceptions), has no work ethic, and this proves these kids only care about themselves. You see, it wasn't like she was giving her co-worker the finger, it was basically as if she was giving ME the finger. I'll never go there again.
The food was great the girl that prep the food was awesome. The cashier on the other hand . I only hand a 100 told exact change. Walk away laughing laughing. My order was 44.59.. there no reason to have have mood
It truly amazes me how bad this chipotle is. I mean you can't get any lower. Each time i go there, nothing is prepared or they don't know what to do and they always screw up my order.
Does anyone read these reviews or do they go unnoticed??? When a store opens at 10:45...Do they start serving at 10:45. 20 mins later still not ready??? I've seen the reviews. Not good. I just want chips and cheese
Not only is this place always out of everything , today they were closed at 4:00pm with the employees outside fighting! One had blood all over his shirt, and another screaming “I told him to drop to the knife “So they use the kitchen knives to cut each other?! Insane
Hilarious that the girl putting together the pick up orders is upset that the customers who are waiting, are watching her make the orders. She has so little self control that she has to complain loudly to everyone around. Perhaps Chipotle wasn’t the best job choice. I also watched another customer have to come back TWICE because their order was wrong. Both times they handed her the “fixed” order and neither time did any of the employees apologize for the inconvenience. Just handed her another bag and said “here ya go”. Does this place even have a manager on duty?
These teenagers working here need to step up their game. They’re nice and all but the Place is always super dirty. The trash bags are overflowing and the tables are never clean. There’s always something that they don’t have. Sometimes no chips. Sometimes no salsa. Sometimes no lettuce ??♀️The place is not that busy right now at all and look at the trash
Claudia went above and beyond when making my food. She exceeded my expectations and offered excellent customer service.
