As a young child growing up in far far away it was only a dream to hear of this "KING of burgers" when I came to this country naturally my first stop was to see its king! I arrived and I ordered a whopper of a burger! I bit into its delightful buns... and my taste bud were instantly overwhelmed with the seeds... who puts seeds on a bun? I'm out Im going to see my boy Ronald ..
Poor service, long wait, wrong order. Don't recommend this burger king. And they gave so little fries.
Do not go to this Burger King, fast food that isn't fast at all. They'll run your card, take ten minutes to give you your food then tell you your card didn't go through and ask for your card back, shouldn't you make sure it goes through before returning it? This place causes way more stress than it's worth, clearly good help is hard to find.
I went to the drive through and the lady with short black hair in a ponytail, black zip up sweatshirt with glasses hanging from her shirt was very rude. She kept slamming the window closed after giving me my change and handing me my food. She had an attitude and definitely seems like she hates her job. Very unpleasant.
This Burger King is slow. The workers did not get my order correct and they did not understand English. The system crashed, and I had to get out of the drive thru and go inside to place my order again.
Not the best, but conveniently located on post road and BK has impossible burger, mcD's has nothing for me. Almost always get asked to park in front for your order if you go on drive thru - to cheat the timer. They use the paper straws, I hate them. Don't feel good in my mouth. Can't explain it. I take top off and drink from cup. I've never been inside so can't comment on cleanliness (or lack thereof), but honestly reading other reviews makes me think I won't go back if they are that dirty inside.
Gets my order wrong every single time I go. This location will no longer get my service. Its not hard to give me a spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings with a sprite. But no you give me a regular chicken sandwich with fries and dr. pepper every single time.
Slowest burher king I have ever been to. I waited 20 min at the drive through before anyone answered. Finally went inside and waited another 20 min for my food. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE
Went for breakfast and the restaurant was understaffed with only two people working at 8:45am. I waited at the counter to order until the manager came out of the bathroom for at least eight minutes. I ordered the mix and match breakfast sandwiches and the manager said the computer wouldn't allow me to mix and match and I would have to order the same sandwich. After arguing for a few minutes that I have mixed and matched at this and other locations many times before to no avail. I gave up ordering and opted to use the Burger King app to place the order as I had wanted without any issue. When given the order the manager handed me a dirty cup for my soda. I handed the cup back and asked for another because it was dirty. She didn't understand me and I had to repeat that the cup had some sticky substance in it. She looked at it then got me another one. The second cup I received was also dirty with a sticky substance in it so I asked her to replace that one as well. The third cup was dirty on the outside with a sticky substance but I had given up and accepted it. I washed the cup off with the water at the soda fountain. Despite the restaurant being empty I walked by four dirty tables before finding one clean enough to sit at. If you want to start your day off feeling frustration and disappointment then this place is for you.
I ordered whopper sandwich. My bread was so cold and taste is awful the worker very lazy and dirty !!!
