I ordered a Bud Light draft and fried pickles. The waitress came back and said they were out of Bud Light draft, but they did have Bud Light in the bottle. So, I ordered a Bud Light bottle. The bar tender then comes over and said they were out of Bud Light bottles too. He says they have Coors Light and Miller Lite. So, I then ordered a Coors Light. Bar tender then comes back and says that they are out of both Coors Light and Miller Lite. He says they have Michelob Ultra. So, I ordered an Ultra. After ordering a beer four different times and waiting more than an hour, I never got my beer. So, I decided to leave. However, I did get the fried pickles I ordered. They were good. But I’m still amazed that the restaurant was unable to serve a beer after I ordered it four separate times!Adding insult to injury, the owner is claiming that this review is a fraud. My review is not a fraud. Unfortunately, it really happened.After having a very negative experience, I decided to give Champions another chance, since they are such a new place. This time the service was much better. Everything we ordered was served in a timely manner. Once again, the fried pickles were good. The grilled chicken was also good.
Went for a beer after work. They are so friendly! I ordered a burger and it was much better than i expected. I am surprised they arent a lot busier but i heard they are slowly building their customer base. My server Nicole was really nice and attentive. Will be back!
The experience was okay and I think this place has potential. Would be awesome for football season, tons of tvs.Service needs a little work in the speed department and knowledge of the menu.The food was actually fairly good. I had a brisket sandwich that I enjoyed.I think I would return in some time to see if some progress was made. The staff treated us kindly no complaints with that.
Great experience! Our server Chyna was friendly and prompt. Food came out quick and drinks were amazing. We ordered the Buffalo cauliflower and Rajun Cajun catfish bites for appetizer, and they were really good but the star of our meal was the Jim Beam brisket flat bread. Absolutely AMAZING!
Food and drinks 100/10, will definitely be coming here more often. Food didn’t take to long to come out and drinks were bought right to us. First time here and I love it already.
This was the worst experience ever you would think because they just opened the food would be on point! The food was gross and dry
We walked in and we were greeted promptly at 6:26 pm today. We asked to sit at the bar where there was one person sitting there..the hostess seemed hesitant and said she couldn’t sit us at the bar but at a round table around the bar. The place didn’t seem to be busy at all but while at the 10th minute of waiting all the suddenly other people were seated at the bar. Waiters passed us and no one greeted us or bothered to say “we will be right with you.” Finally at 6:40 pm we decided to just get up and walk out since no one had even bothered to take at least a drink order. Unfortunately, we will not be giving this place a try since no one even bothered to take care of us so I can’t imagine what the kitchen time would be. Nice clean place but definitely failed at service.
Waited 30 minutes after arriving just for a waitress to finally come over. Then I wanted pizza and they haven’t gotten thier oven yet. Why isn’t that crossed off the menu then? I love all the TVs and love all the sports and place is beautiful but need to figure that out.
Great restaurant! So aside from a little wait on service (I’m sure the new restaurant is figuring out how to best accommodate this) everything was awesome and worth the wait! Would visit again.
Staff is super friendly. China was amazing. Waited too long for drinks and food took forever and steak sandwich was too cold for me to eat so I only ate the fries. Horrible Grand Opening. I usually look at reviews before I go to places but I was confident that being Grand Opening it would be an awesome experience. Not the case. I really hope they figure it out but I won't be returning.
