We were totally disappointed! The chicken sandwich was so greasy I ended up having to eat it with a fork and a knife and the fries were hot but very greasy and unappetizing. We also got iced coffee and the coffee tasted burnt and our soda was flat.The guy at the counter was very unpleasant.
very bad service waited in the drive trough for 20 minutes even though there were only 3 cars ahead and they completely messed up my sandwich and i couldnt even go back to fix it because i was on break for work and they already used up most of my time. never had good experiences at this location very poorly made food rude staff and a just careless.
It is 8:25 EST why are closed and it says your open. Which must be a shock for many bc I am not a local and there are cars pulling in & out bc it’s closed??? Wendy’s is known for being open until 2am. Atleast until midnight
This Wendy’s was horrible and made us wait for 45 minutes just for them to not have any frosties they did not even tell us they were out of frosties so they wasted a good part of our day
Worst Wendy's ever! And I have been to Wendy's in The Bronx. First of all, the cashier was not paying attention to what was said. I asked for something, and dude was giving me another answers. Second, I wasn't given what I ordered and had to inform the cashier that I was missing items.The floor was very dirty, wet, and ketchup was spilled around the garbage bin. I hardly give places a bad review, but man.... I was so excited to eat there cause I was craving Wendy's, but the dirty stablishment and unprofessional demeanor of some staff made me really wanna storm out of there.
Stopped by here yesterday on a Saturday night, not from the area just driving through. Used the drive through, worker was patient with me as it was a pretty big order. Pulled up and got our drinks, had to pull over to the side to wait for food ( I assume so we don’t hold up the line), and another young lady brought everything out to my car in under a minute. Food was great and everything was hot and fresh. Very nice workers, great experience ??
I've been there many times over the last 3 years. In store and drive through is ok on good days but delivery through either of the two apps I've used is extremely sub par. I can't remember a time when they've sent my order with the things I ordered in the bag. Just 3 days ago my s/o and I ordered a taco salad and 2 cheeseburgers. There was only the taco salad, no burgers. This type of thing has happened over a dozen times. Needless to say we removed the app from our devices and won't ever be ordering for delivery from there any more. I very rarely write reviews and especially not negative ones but felt this was necessary. I hope it's just a management issue but it's obvious to me that it's more than that. Over 90% of the time they have failed to ship one and often more of the items we ordered.
I literally just got home from there. The ordered a combo meal and an extra burger only to see that the sandwich for my combo was even in the bag.On most occasions, I'll forgive a simple mistake. These things happen from time to time, however, this is the third time this has happened to me in this location in the past 6 months.I will not be going back there again.
Slow, messed up my order, food was delicious tho, proceed if you don't mind the wait.
Fast, friendly service. I was traveling through on a short road trip, had not been to a Wendy's in a few years, but the JBC Jr no mayo and spicy 4 piece hit the spot.
