I was at this location yesterday with 5 of my colleagues, and have to share how amazing Lev was! He was attentive and so kind to our group. We really appreciate his above-and-beyond customer service!

Staff is friendly. My only complaint is the drive thru gets so crowded you can't even pull in to park. Bad design, but overall the service is great
Apparently they leave the phone off the hook when they are open. They never have any of the right milks. Forget about mobile orders you have to wait over 25 mins. Don't do uber eats either the staff let my driver leave with one bag that wasn't even mine and had to wait 7 days for a refund. Smfh

Usually a decent experience except for the last week or so where they have consistently messed up drive through orders. This morning they sighed when I corrected the order through the speaker (something I have had to do every day recently) despite being the only car in the line. They then proceeded to still mess up the order (forgot the flavor pump). Do better
Ran out of earl gray tea and English breakfast tea. Wanted a London fog... Server did well to recommend replacement. Disappointed that they were not properly stocked.
Crazy long drive thru line at this hoppin' store. We walked in and got quick, friendly service. Great location just a few minutes from Main St.
The baristas that work here are so friendly! Drive-through line can sometimes get long.
