This place was great! Loved the decor and the food was delicious. They offer you bread before the meal, although I do wish they had some olive oil or butter with it instead of just the tapenade. There was some dueling music going on from two different areas of the restaurant, which wasn't ideal, especially with the sound level, but we still had a fun time. The pizza was absolutely fabulous. I'm also looking forward to going back and trying their homemade pasta. The beer and liquor selections were both quite impressive, with a lot of local beers on tap.
I had the Philly cheese steak on homemade Italian bread, it was so delicious . We will definitely be back next time we are in Middletown!!
We celebrated my son’s college graduation with lunch at Sicily earlier this month. We were a group of 9 who sat at the bar and we really loved the cozy, gorgeous atmosphere. The food was AMAZING! We tried at least five different appetizers and all were so good. (My favorites were the brussel sprouts and the whipped ricotta— yum.) We ordered several different kinds of pizza and everybody was very happy! I had white pizza with caramelized onions—delicious! Lastly, the staff— especially the bartender who took great care of us—were gracious and attentive. Will be back!
Service was terrible, waitstaff was extremely rude and not accommodating. It took at least 20 minutes just for someone to greet our table. Our drinks were brought out to half the table and then more than 30 minutes later the rest of us finally got drinks. She brought us our check before everyone in our party got their food. Totally unacceptable service in my opinion. The only reason I would go back is because the food was excellent.

3.31.22 Food and service was great. We got seated right away by extremely friendly staff. We ordered several salads, pizzas, and brussel sprouts. The music from the 2nd floor was too loud so we on 1st floor had tough time talking. But the food and drinks were perfect.
Just got to try this for the first time and everything was amazing. Even after a 20+ minute GrubHub car ride.Fried mozzarella was super crispy and tasty, same with the fried risotto. Screaming Sicilian pasta dish was also very good.Even after the car ride this was one of the best meals I've had in or out in a while. Highly recommend trying them out!

My experience here was great. I went for a nice dinner out with my girlfriends and we were pleased to see that Sicily was more than just a restaurant. Our night started off with a delicious dinner. We decided to split a few pizzas and they were delicious. We also order a few of their seasonal cocktails and they tasted as good as they looked. The music and vibe was trendy. There’s even a bar upstairs where we went after our dinner. Great experience and definitely will be back.
Best pizza in middletown hands down. All the dinner, appetizers, burgers, and sandwiches have all been amazing. Love this place! 5/5
