Under uber eats they have made 4 different names being mels melts, out of this world pizza, and a new one pitt stop pizza all making the same bland horrible pizza overpriced and coated in grease if you like false advertising and horrible food buy here.Edit: Thanks for your gracious response just cause chillis and other restaurants do that doesnt mean it is okay it is wrong is it false advertising and just renaming the same bad foods under different restaurants to get more buys and the cheese you use doesn't matter its not good and it is greasy no matter how much or how little fat it has.
As you can see by the average review, the owners of Roma Pizza have a thoroughly mediocre restaurant on their hands. Unfortunately, like many mediocre people, the owners have decided to become liars and cheats to get ahead. Their approach is to spin up virtual storefronts on DoorDash (and I presume similar platforms) to fool customers into their scam. Luckily, their fake restaurants are as amateur as their real one, and often you can tell by name they are fake. If you have any doubts, check the address. And whatever you do (assuming you value your wallet or tastebuds) never, ever buy from 871 Newfield St., Middletown CT
This is my favorite pizza joint! The pizza sauce is tasty, love the wings (bring back 50 cent wings please ? ?). In the spring-fall great place to sit outside and play Keno with friends. Pasta portions are HUGE! Lots of varieties of foods and the menu is always expanding. Can't go wrong here. 1 stop shop.
This restaurant has like 8 Ghost Kitchens / virtual restaurants on DoorDash, which really annoys me because I don’t like their food and more than once I’ve been “tricked” into ordering food from this place. This is a shady practice as it is, but literally HALF the restaurants on my DoorDash are this place.
Honestly that was probably the worst pizza I ever had.Just read some of the reviews. The owner really sounds awful. I can only imagine what some of the employees go through. Don't talk to your customers that way bro, even if they are wrong. Unprofessional.Everyone should look at the 16 year old's review. You are nuts.
The owner hung up on me several times very rude service..would not recommend to this place to anyone
Food was ordered at 7:25pm didn’t get it until 9pm and I live 10 min away from restaurant , food was cold and hard I called to complain the owner told me to bring it back for a refund and hung up the phone . I have a house full of hungry children and I am 7 months pregnant. I will NEVER order from them again .
