*EDIT* dude ahead of me waited so long he fell asleep lolfoods fine but they say quickest drive thru on the sign and I've never spent last than 20 minutes in line
This McDonald's is awful. Stood at the register for 10 minutes being ignored by every employee that came up.... Was paying cash, so couldn't use the app or the kiosk.... Ordered a bottled water with my meal and had to ask for it twice after they gave us our food. There are NO napkins in the dining area, had to ask the negligent employees for napkins.And when we ordered, they didn't ask if we were eating in or not and just put the food in a bag like they did want us to stay...
If I could rate it a 0 I would. Unbelievable wait for the breakfast today and I JUST ordered a hashbrown. There was a piece of hair on it. Gross. They should hire more faster people to work there. Unbelievable!!!!
Every review you see on here over 1 star are fake. I can't believe they actually kept their "worlds fastest drive thru" sign out as long they did. They know they can't keep it out there now. That's why you don't see it anymore. There could literally be 2 cars in front of you and you'll still be waiting for at least 20 minutes. You'll be wondering the whole time why and how it's possibly taking this long. You think, hey maybe low staff? No. You pull up to the window, and see it's fully staffed. And to top it off, they'll forget what you ordered, mess up all the time, doubting you and assuming you're lying when you have a mobile order. Like they'll literally straight up gaslight you here lol. Like yeah buddy... I'm here to steal a McChicken and small fry from you. I strive to see this place get shut down some day.

Everytime I go to this location they always say i need to move ahead and wait up by the drive though door I don't move they should have hashbrowns ready it's breakfast it's so slow this location takes almost 12 mins to just get though

I mean...let's be real. The food here is terrible and will cause all the health problems...so don't eat here everyday obvi.HOWEVER! 5 STARS to my Saturday night shift folks on Washington street!!!They are always kind to me when I ask for a hot batch of fries.If you're going to destroy your body, wait for the hot fries. It will make all your health problems worth it!? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
They gave me the wrong order but I ate it anyway because I was hungry and didn’t feel like going back and dealing with it. I think the order they gave me was less expensive than what I paid. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with a 6 piece nugget and Mc chicken sandwich but they gave me 3 cheeseburgers, a small fry, large fry and large coke. I went back two weeks later and ordered the same order. Why ask me what type of sauce I want for the nuggets if you don’t give me the sauce? My second order was $20.36. I paid with $21.00. They gave me $.50 change. I was supposed to get $.64 back. No problem, keep it. Consider it a $.14 tip
Just went through the drive thru for lunch. Ordered and did not get any fries when I had ordered 2 meals that come with fries. I did not notice until I got home. You shouldn’t have to check your bags for items that are included in your meals especially when it is lunch rush. The employees should be checking bags as they hand them to the customer.
