Went inside. The last time i will patronize this KFC. Wanted to add an item, extra gravy, after my order was bagged but before paying. Got a real attitude and didnt get my gravy. Ill drive the 3 extra miles to Meriden. There is some kind of attitude or problem every time i go there.
Disappointing, they did not have spicy chicken, green beans, or baked chicken. What's going on there?
Took longer than the worker liked, to decide what we wanted and was told to leave the drive thru and come in because he was being timed.How about no? Guess the only one who should wait is the customer (based on past visits) when they take their time to get your order together and have you pull up and wait for them.Took this as a sign to just go home and cook so thanks in a way!
I ordered popcorn chicken and it was hard and dried out with barely any chicken in it. I would be ashamed to serve that to anyone as clearly it was very old. Meal was supposed to come with a biscuit but they didn't put it in. Not very friendly either. Doubt I would come back especially when other KFC are run much better.
The Mac and cheese is worse than out of the box mac and cheese! Besides that, the chicken wasn't bad, and neither were the mashed potatoes and corn.
This place is disgusting! The food doesn't taste like KFC! The workers do not understand English!I asked him what was in the new Mountain Dew because I am allergic to peaches and they disgust me as well. He replied "It's our new flavor." I then said "no, no, I need to know what's in it." he said "Okay I'll add to your order" I then answered "No thank you." and told him that would be all. I'm still calm. I get to the window and try to explain to him the allergy and asked what it was my fiance then found it on Google. It was peach...After explaining it to him. He says ok I'll give you free! I then gave up refused the drink. The other employees were listening to what was going on and didn't understand either. So I took my food and went along.If they don't understand allergies they might kill someone. I'm just saying be sure on your own what you are getting!Will be going to the one in Cromwell even though it is much further for now on.Now that I understand they know the bare minimum at this place I could get past that by looking beforehand. But the taste of the food is 100% off from KFC.

Ordered beyond chicken and didn't even give me sauce when I went back he was very nasty because I asked for BQQ and try the new kfc sauce . Being that they forgot to give me anything I don't see why it was a big deal to reimburse me for my inconvenience by just giving me that sauce without me having to make it an issue ! Do better with the staff
Can't order in or go inaide to order take out. It's going on 3 years now with Covid. Every other fast food restaurant is open to let you walk in to order. Never going here ever again.
