Ordered a #43 which has like five ingredients and it was missing two of them. What a let down. On the bright side, I ordered a regular and was given a giant. Was the person taking my order even listening?
Getting a sub that isn't their choice of toppings is almost impossible at Jersey Mike's. It took me 3 different locations until this one got it right, kind of. The problem is, they are robots, they have their production line mentality but are only trained to do it their way with their ingredients. 3 people handled my sandwich before it was done, try to get mayo on both sides of the bread, it's near impossible. If you ask for oil & Vinegar, they drowned it and it falls apart, at least thats what Glastonbury did, and then can't fix it. Rocky Hill had the first guy give to second guy who put the mayo on one side and 2 of my 5 toppings, the second guy had to dump my topping on the counter to make sure the first guy put mayo on the other side before adding the rest of my toppings. Its a clown show. Try making sandwiches as humans and not robots and remember, its the customers sandwich, make it the way they want.
Terrible. I walked in with fifteen minutes of spare time before a kids ballgame up the street. Paid and waited. And waited. Saw my sandwich finally hit the griddle. And waited. It sat to the side of the grill and was eventually wrapped. I think it was my sandwich that sat there with someone else’s for another five minutes, but I will never be sure because after those five minutes as I watched two sandwiches cool off next tot the griddle I had to leave.
I had to see what was all the talk about. So I decided to purchase my son and I a grinder. I got myself a tuna and The big Kauna for my son. And I was not impressed at all. The money that they charge for this. The bread should be super fresh and they lacked on condiments of your choices. I felt like I was eating a dry stale crouton bread sandwiche. I'm sorry I'll stick with D'Angelo or Charley's til I decide to try out Nardellis. Their logo is real cute and the customer service is great.
If I could’ve given a zero I would’ve. You walk into the store expecting to order a nice sandwich like all other locations I’ve visited. But you walk into the Middletown location and get hit with this smell that’s unbearable!! I ordered a sandwich and had to stand outside the door as it was being made just for fresh air the smell was that bad. It upset my stomach so bad and the more I thought about the bread or other foods absorbing whatever this ungodly smell was made me loose my appetite completely. As I walked to my car debating weather or not to eat this sandwich one last sniff made me just throw right in the garbage. Such a sad thing to have happen at a sandwich shop I love to eat at but I will never again eat at this location. It’s a same too cause it’s a brand new building in a great location. It was very disappointing
This location is great when the manager is on duty. When he is not on duty the kids blast the music and arent nearly as friendly. The kids much rather make the sandwichs thier way instead of the customers way even when they agree to the requests made. I used to be a regular at this particluar location but not any more. Because of the rude inconsiderate kids they have working there and the mind set of doing it thier way instead of the customers way is why I will never go back. Ill never get over the fact that they didnt make the sandwich per my request even after agreeing with it and having the nerve to push the sandwich on me knowing it wasnt done correctly. After refusing the sandwich the kid said he couldnt reimburse me because I didnt have a receipt even though I was the last person to pay. I will be contacting management or corporate to get my $17 and change back! This happened on 4/1/22 at 815pm.
I ordered a couple Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. I ordered ahead but when I arrived they began making them. No big deal, I wasn’t in a hurry or anything but what’s the point of ordering ahead then? The food was great
Just stopped at this jersey mikes and had to give it a review. I travel thought out the northeast and have been to multiple stores. This was the best service I have ever received. The whole crew was great minus one guy but he might be new. The food delicious! I just appreciate the hustle in the crew and had to give them their props.
I placed an order via their app for a children's sub and in the 30 minutes I waited in their store, a minimum of 8 walk-ins came in, ordered and left with their orders before I even saw my order handed to me. how does a single kids sandwich that is cold mind you take 30 minutes to complete when my order came in before those 8 customers. This store needs to work on their training deficiencies, because even online orders are customers.
