Good service, even when busy
Just sat at the drive thru speaker for so long I thought they were closed. Then, I tried to leave and there was a car at the window. Several minutes later I finally managed to squeeze by it because apparently, this is the slowest/most understaffed Dunkin location in the Northeast.
Got everything wrong and even repeated the order correctly back and still got it wrong
The employee that took my order was very rude. Also, she took a very long time making my beverage. The beverage didn't even taste good. The Newfield Street Dunkin location should be permanently closed. Terrible Service!
This is the worst Dunkin. Ever. The girl at the drive through just now was turned away from me bc she was so busy talking to someone else while handing me my iced coffee she spilled it and got coffee all over my hand and down my arm. I had to ask her for napkins and she didn't even say sorry she just kept flapping that hole in her face. I remember this Dunkin was closed down for a while and now I see why. Maybe it should be closed permanently until you can find ppl that aren't trash to work for you. Remember, these are the same ppl who claim they're worth $20 an hour ?

Dunkin Donuts on Newfield Street in Middletown always make my coffee right. Plus the drive through line goes fast unlike some Dunkin donuts in Middletown. I literally drive past the one closer to me to have a better day with my coffee made RIGHT...
Coffee tasted burnt, line went quick, winow operator was very pleasant.
Always have a good experience at this dunkin. The staff works well together…they are efficient and work quickly!
