Good coffee, slow but the customer service was out of this world good. I needed a decaf espresso drink and this lovely gentleman made SURE it was decaf as to not aggravate my medical issues with high caffeine. He asked the person making the drink three times if it was decaf. Loved the experience.
Stop there after work asked for whichever coffee was the freshest. Received stale cold coffee I’m already on the highway so I’m not turning back wasted $2.24 but reminded myself why I don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts.
The morning lady there had a whole attitude and then gave me my drink with something floating in it never been so disgusted in my life I hope this place gets closed down threw up cause I had drunk it and didn't notices till after I took a sip
First time I'm rating less than a 5 star for a Dunkin Doughnuts. Recently I've visited this store on 3 different occasions later in evening and they gave me burnt out bitter coffee. I understand it might be closer to the closing time and they didn't want to make a fresh pot but that doesn't make it okay to give a poor quality product to a paying customer.
One employee seemed to only be there for the paycheck or in a rush for her break. Immediately after helping us, she went on break. More interested on her phone that helping the customers. Had to repeat the order to her a few times. If she put her phone down, she may have listened better. Order was accurate.
Three different times I've gone there and all those time I've had my order wrong. I would have understood if they were busy but the place was empty and they got it wrong for being talking to each other. Always the same two people, a blond girl and an incompetent manager. One of those times they even forgot I was there while I was waiting for my order. No gloves, cleaned up their nose and continued to work on my order. Disgusting and really bad customer service in general. And everytime I tried ordering online they cancelled my order. Just awful. They never restock anything as well. I've worked in F&B and this was the worst experience ever. I would give this location 0 stars if I could
Worst Dunkin ever. They leave you at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and then it takes another 10 to get your order. Today I ordered a macchiato and they gave me a cup of milk with a splash of regular coffee. I'll never be back
Showed up to spend literally 100 dollars and these guys had the doors locked even though though were open.. pretending to be closed, they saw me walk up at 630pm on a Monday and turned off the lights when I went to take a video. the employees were all eating inside with their friends, probably for free. I'll go to a different place for my coffee for my business from now on. Stop hiring 16 year old deadbeats to work in your store.
Had them remake my drink three times this morning to still be wrong so I just left. Bunch of young kids in there running around, laughing, and clearly not paying attention to what they are doing.
