Only one person working backed up line and one lady that works here is very rude consistently to customers, they work the light skin man with the beard to the bone he’s the best worker here, the nicest the fastest and the best, it’s not fair to him he does it all here

Had an awesome experience with Noah and Tiffany today! They were so friendly and helpful, fun, and their customer service was A+. I loved chatting with them and having them take care of me today. They were so accommodating and our order was perfect and so delicious. Thank you again!!

I’ve been here a few times, and the experience has been the same every time. The staff is nice and it’s chipotle so the food is going to be good. The issue with this place is I believe the staff is trained to give half portions and then call them full portions. You’re probably better off going elsewhere to get good value for your money.

WORST Chipotle I’ve been too!!! I place an order for pickup for 7:50 walk in 7:55 and staff are all on their phones and tell me the order still isn’t ready. The place is always a dirty mess. The staff are unprofessional and rude clearly do not care at all. I will from now on be taking the 15 mins drive to Wallingford then come back here even tho I live right down the road from this one.

By far the rudest staff at any restaurant I’ve ever been In. Place is absolutely filthy, I go to chipotle’s all over the place, but will never again to this one. And it seems like the employees, not the manager, or franchise owner (if they have one) decide when it’s time to close. It’s 6 o’clock on a Saturday right now, they begrudgingly let me in the door to pick up my mobile order. After they let me in they just all disappeared behind the counter and left me there, talking about closing early because they don’t want to be there. Sitting here in the parking lot, I have now watched them turn away 10 people from coming in. How’s that lost revenue?

I placed a order online waited inside till it was done I Walked up when i was done and said I'm picking up order for Jon the lady look at me and said what's in the bag I tell her and she still didn't want to give me my food that I paid for. even one of her coworker tried to give me the bag and she snatched it away from him. I just don't understand why I was treated like I was trying to still the food that I paid for smh..

This is the worst chipotle location in CT by far! The place is constantly filthy. Their staff is the worst. I was there to pick up my order and it was just sitting on the food prep station not on the pick up shelves. I went up to the front counter and 3 to 4 employees walked past me without saying a word. Finally I got someone's attention and they handed me my food. When I got home, I found that they forgot part of my order. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of going back, so I just ate what they gave me which was extremely bland. I live close to this location but ive been burned by them too many times to go back. They need better management in the worst way. Go to Newington or Wallingford instead.

If i could put negative stars i would. Worst chipotle ever. No food available and all the tables are all dirty. Service is terrible. I even saw two workers making out in the back once. I come here often because I live nearby and it consistently is terrible. Everyone I know complains. Do not come.

Don’t waste your time, I drove 20 minutes to get my food, the app says they are open until 10, I drive up at 7:30 pm, there are 2 people sitting at a table and staff behind the counter, I pull on the door and it is locked the girl behind the counter said they were closed. Pretty poor practice to just to randomly change your hours. I get things happen or if you are short staff but they seem to randomly close whenever they want. This has happened several times. I guess I will stick to the Wallingford Chipotle they are always open the hours they say they are open.

Maaaaan, it was tragic. Dry beans, dry barbacoa, an empty container that should have been guacamole..., the infractions go on and on. Then to top it off, the staff..., the entire staff had ZERO business maturity, or professionalism.I just took in all the disappointment..., cried one tear, shook my head and left. Shame on the entire team working tonight (4/16/2022) at 8pm.
