Closed over the weekend. Not a wise choice for restaurant. Highest traffic on Friday Saturday and Sunday Someone told me the franchise owner is complicit with online harassment campaign going on against certain individuals.
They never open on time I just showed up to get food before work and they “open” at 10:30 I showed up at 11:15 and I see people inside. Food is great service could be way better and starting with opening when they r supposed to
Nothing special but a long wait after ordering. The (Rodeo) burger was ok but nothing out of the ordinary. The fries definitely needed to be seasoned (I don't think they had anything on them). The shake was OK but if anything a little lumpy (the straw constantly was blocked).Main issue was that it took close to 30 minutes for the order to come out after ordering.
We were served by James, he could not have been more kind and thoughtful. Food was really great as well. Thanks James!
Their food is always fresh and delicious! The place was very clean (even the bathrooms) and the staff were very nice and helpful.
We stopped in the other day for lunch. Our food was great but what I'd really like to make a point about is the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, but really went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. They brought us out our food and even though we ordered the same thing, remembered who had what on their burgers and didn't even have to ask. I thought for sure they just put them down for us to figure out. Nope. Shortly after we got our meals a cook had come out to get something and made sure to ask us how everything was. A little while later someone behind the counter checked in on us as well. Not even a forced question like it's just what they were supposed to do. Both of them seemed very genuine that they wanted to make sure we had a good meal. On top of that our food was made perfectly and was excellent. Great visit. Thank you.
WBB is actually a pretty solid lil chain I was surprised to find out. Came in late n felt bad about ordering but the employees were nice n worked diligently.The burgers are a decent size and kinda remind me of shake shack but tbh I like these a little better. This location was on point w/the overall execution of the food including sides (which could be larger for the price like others have said) was spot on.I can say it's worth the price of admission and I'll def be stopping back when in the area for sure ?
Ordered a couple burgers, some chicken, and a small fry and large fry for take out. Was handed a suspiciously small bag that was taped shut. I double checked with the cashier that it contained all 5 items and was reassured it did. Came home to discover it was a half full large fry with an empty small fry container on top. Not a big deal but bummed I was cheated out of $5. Everything tasted fine but not a fan of being lied to. Won't be back.
Best burger in Connecticut! Delicious food! A little skimpy on the expensive side orders though. Ordered onion rings for $5 & change nd got 6 rings! Otherwise, food is terrific ? yum yum gimme some MORE!
