I recently ordered food from WaWa kitchen on Pratt St. in Meriden.The driver calls me to demand that I go downstairs to get my food, I expressed that Im disabled,yet they refused and took it back to the store, rather than walk up 2 flights of stairs. Now I'm still fighting to get my money back,after years of loyalty to this restaurant, I will NEVER,EVER ORDER THEIR FOOD AGAIN.
General Tsao's chicken taste like ketchup mixed with honey. It's tastes OK, just not like what General Tsao's is supposed to taste like. Pork Lomein was lacking in flavor, be liberal with your soy sauce. Crab Ragoon is the average frozen stuff deep fried. Nothing homemade or special at this place. Prices and portions are average.
This place is a JOKE!!!!! I paid extra for SHRIMP fried rice. We found 1 shrimp. We called them and they said I lied cause they knew they put 6 shrimp in there. Are you KIDDING ME??? 6 SHRIMP???? In the rice?? They must be the same size as the rice!!! Good luck if you order from here.
Ate part of a shrimp roll and realized instantly that seafood in the winter at a dive Chinese food place was not a good idea. Needless to say I now have food poisoning...
Worst Chinese food I ever had. No pork in the Pork fried rice and the scallops were imitation seafood or some type of fish. It was absolutely terrible I will never order from them again

This place delivers to my address commonly. Today all of a sudden the lady on the phone just decides they don’t deliver here, doesn’t give me any time to explain that they always do, and hangs up on me. Terrible service, very rude, plenty other Chinese joints to try. Shame our go-to just decided to switch up. Smfh
