Not the best, but not the worst. The sweet and sour chicken was gummy, the sauce was watery, and the rice was weirdly dry. The general tso's chicken and shrimp was so heavily battered. The shrimp looked huge but then once you cut into it you see that it's a normal size shrimp with just a ton of batter. Everything was okay, but nothing was outstanding.

This place is really good the food here tastes very clean not so greasy. Some of my personal fave are boneless spare ribs the chicken wings and also the Singapore mei fun.I just moved to ct from by like 2 years ago barely and have been looking for a great spot and this is it I mean I drive 30 mins from Waterbury just to get takeout the quality is worth the drive! Keep doing what you guys are doing hand down so far my favorite Chinese takeout. This place is the closest sometimes even better than nyc Chinese food

Workers there very nice & friendly & foods delicious

Take out Chinese food at it's finest. I don't see anyone dining in when I pick up my order so I don't think they offer dine in service any longer.

The chicken was extremely burns it’s like they were rushing their orders

There has not been a place that makes decent General Tsoas chicken in years. Most places serve microscopically small pieces of heavily breaded deep fried chicken. Ting Ho? Real sized chicken pieces! Sauce was not as spicy as I like, but I'll order it again 'extra hot'.

I would have to say that this is the best Chinese food I've ever tried. So flavorful!! A must try!!

They clean their shrimp properly! Only place I can order shrimp dishes around here.

Excellent food but terrible business practices!Stopped in to Ting Ho to pick up and order I placed over the phone. The order should have come to $47.50. When I picked it up I was told it was $55 and when I offered my credit card to pay they added a $10 surcharge for that. I asked about that and I was told that was the fee to absorb the fee they would pay the company handling the transaction. The actual fee would be $1.15.According to the CT.GOV portal they say: Connecticut law prohibits a business from charging a customer a surcharge for choosing one payment type (usually credit card) over another payment type (usually cash). However, the law does allow a business to offer a discount if a customer chooses to use one type of payment (e.g., cash) over another type of payment (e.g., credit card). Receiving the discount is not the same as adding a surcharge. As long as the final receipt shows a discount, it complies with Connecticut law.Avoid this place at all cost.

The best .. does not deliver ... but it's worth going ..
