Not even worth rating. WORST TACO BELL. We waited for 45 min in the drive thru line. Customer service sucks. The lady didn’t acknowledge that we just waited for 45 min to get our order, no apology for the wait, nothing. The last few times we’ve gone here it’s been the worst experience. Not planning on going anytime soon. They can’t seem to hold staff or get it together. Our order was wrong. Hopefully they’ll just close and get it over with.
Overall good food here. I recommend Diablo sauce packets to spice it up. If you get a drink here you might not get a straw, because they ran out.
Hours for drive thru listed as until 1am, already closed, no one there by 12:30. Ridiculous waste of my gas, and in this fuel economy, that makes me mad.
Went inside to order my food and been waiting for 10+ mins while the employees keep chatting there are 3 people in front of me who have been waiting longer then myself...
We went here Saturday and the doors were locked so we went through the drive threw we waited a entire hour and we ordered a lot so we didn’t care about waiting,but when we got home five burritos were made wrong and I had to work so I couldn’t wait another hour for my food!!! One guy was great but it’s not ok to have three ppl working and have no help!!! It’s a shame because I spend $100 weekly and now I might not comeback
Not actually sure how this place stays in business just called at 11 pm when they are open for 2 to 3 more hours and they seem to be to busy... Last time I was at this particular location I could hear the party and "good time" they were having in the back as my very young child also had to hear profuse swearing and extremely rude customer service (they swore at me in the drive through) the manager was horrible and made threats as well DO NOT GO HERE, NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!! and not 1 person was wearing masks while dealing with food (under the chin full face exposed) worst taco bell around should be put out of business
Something's wrong with the order. Every single time. Asked for hot sauce and received 3 mints. Yes, peppermints. Idk what that was about....

Horrible service. This Taco Bell isn’t a real Taco Bell because it’s independently owned and that’s one of its biggest problems. Because of this they don’t follow the same promotions so any ads you see for new items or prices at Taco Bell aren’t available here. Most times I see the building closed in the middle of the day do to short staff, and when there is staff available there always very unprofessional. If you need a quick meal in the area go to any of the other fast food restaurants in the area instead.
Idk what's going on, the last 2 times I've gone they mutilated my order. Left out the meat and cheese!, burned my crunch wrap and forgot the fire sauce. And they didnt give me a receipt so I cant tellthebell.com without the survey code or store number!
