I was just at the Starbucks and the drink I asked for didn’t got it it didn’t even look like the one that I show her that I wanted but her explanation that she give to me it didn’t make sense I just feel for service

I love eating here but the girl with purple hair always messes up our orders. I don't know if she's new. My dad asked her for a cookie, and she asked if we wanted it heated up in the oven. My dad said no. When I bit into my cookie, it started falling apart all over the car. I realized she heated it up....
They make my SO's drink the way she likes it. We drive past another Starbucks to go to this one because of it.
The girl with the purple hair seems completely spacey or maybe just indifferent all together. I don’t know. I placed my order inside and I specifically asked her to please warm up the bread after they make my hot drink so it doesn’t get cold on me while still waiting for my latte. She said OK. However, she handed it to me right away and my drink was still not out... 15 minutes go by and I’m still waiting. So, I asked the barista about my drink and he says that he’ll look at the ticket. He turns around and states that no ticket came out, because, it ran out of paper. Awesome!! Way to go teamwork! I asked him to please warm up my bread again while I’m waiting for the second time. And, he rolls his eyes at me!! I just don’t get it. Where are the earnest working people?
Everyone is always pleasant and my coffee is always good. My dog gives the puppaccinos 5 stars too :)

Service has gone downhill the past few years. Order a coldbrew black and wait for them to make some mobile order of 10 frappachinos ahead of time rather than just pour a simple iced coffee.
