The plates at the salad bar were dirty. The utensils were dirty. The cucumbers were nasty and so was the spinach. The salad bar was not well stocked. Several things were empty or nearly empty. There were not many workers so the service was slow. It was cold in there. It was overpriced for what we got. However, we did get a nice lemon wedge with our water.
Lena is an awesome bar tender and server. Her smile is contagious, she makes you happy you came in. Anticipates what you need and delivers. She’s the reason we choose Ruby Tuesday’s. And the food is also really good?
What makes a nice experience when entering a restaurant is how you are greeted and attended to. The moment we entered, “Lena” was welcoming and was very attentive to details, which we look for when we go to a restaurant. She was informative about the food choices. We loved the salmon and broccoli which is what we eat often and will definitely come back for! The coconut shrimp appetizer is what we decided to try based on Lena’s recommendation and it was delicious!! Lena was quite busy but very efficient and made her rounds to customers both at the bar and within the restaurant! She is Excellent!!
I come here every week for the great service and food. I always ask for Lena who is a fantastic server, I only come on the days Lena is here because she just brightens our day with her smile and great service. I love the ribs and New Orleans seafood. It’s great when we get coupons too so we can come more often!
Lena is a wonderful spirit, my first time here she gave me incredible service at the bar. She recommended good menu options that I enjoyed after a hard day at working in the hospital. Great service with a kind smile

Came in to pick up a to go order and Lena is so helpful!!! Very helpful and accommodating!!! She signed us up for the reward program! Service is always amazing! We come here often and she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy!! We come back because of her!!!
The food is good and always have great deals. But the stars are definitely because of the drinks and the awesome bartender they have. Lena is always a pleasure to be serve bu someone who is very attentive as well as communicative.
Excellent salad bar
Food was much better than I expected, good potions for the price and service was acceptable considering the coverage on hand. Staffing is tough on a Sunday with so few wanting to work these days. The menu was diverse enough for just about any taste with plenty of drink selections to choose from. Great fries by the way and the salad bar is refreshing with so few restaurants offering one.
