Have been ordering pizza from them for the past 24 years. Closest thing to NY pizza. Last time I ordered, a month ago was extremely disappointed. Always ordered sausage on pizza (usually sliced). Was cut in chunks, not the same. Please don't change recipes and pay attention to orders. Thank you.

My little cousin just got pasta from there, they didnt even close the container and put it in a brown paper bag. All the watery tomato sauce was oozing out of the paper bag and burned me and made a mess in my car and ruined my pants. This place is a joke, luckily my little cousin didnt get burned. First and last time buying from there.

Very unhappy tonight. Picked up a pizza, and the order was wrong. Called in and had it remade. Wrong again. I think the issue is the service, whether intentional or not, I don't think they took the steps to ensure they were getting the order right the second time. As a result, din er was ruined, had to drive out twice and didn't even end up with the meal I wanted. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Excellent pizza! Very fresh! I think it’s the best pizza in Meriden!! Hands down!! Great dough excellent sauce!! I love it!!

I'm giving three because of the poor driver even with the instructions still had to find me. What Italian dinner doesn't come with salad this is a first for me they gave me a whole loaf of stupid unbuttered bread that was cold after an hour and 15 minutes. I was wondering why they didn't ask what dressing I wanted! And when I gave them my card number they wanted to know my tip amount I'm sorry but I would rather pay the tip amount after the service not before the service

This place has always been my go to restaurant for years. But tonight I was very disappointed with the customer service. I was excited to order since Its been a year since Ive moved to Ny and the 2 min phone conversation for my take out order really made me change my mind completely. I called for a take out order and received unnecessary attitude. I understand we are now dealing with stressful times but with that attitude no one will order from here. I asked for the baked ziti and every response was an attitude. I finally asked if the meal came with a salad because from what I remembered it did and her response was " well you only get a salad if you ask for one" I said oh wow thats a change because usually when I order the baked ziti mealIt came with a salad" and her response was " well its new management". After that comment I changed my mind. If thats how you talk and treat your customers then you can count me out.

This pizza place is incredible. Just ordered aa mb grinder and it was packed. The lasagna 2as also great and they acknowledged my special instructions. Excelent

I placed an order that included 4 canoli for $12.00 but only received 2 cannoli. I contacted the restaurant to let them know their error and they argued with me that it was the door Dashers fault, but their restaurant is the one that packs the food in the bag so there's no way that it can be blamed on the door Dasher. Then they tried to tell me that I only ordered two cannoli but I had them pull up my order and it clearly showed for cannoli ordered, so they finally agreed that they owed me to cannoli and told me I could get them at any point in the future. On January 8th I decided to place an order through doordash, and then I called the restaurant to Simply ask them if they could put the two cannolis in the bag with the order to be delivered to me. Play again argued with me that they did not owe me to cannolis and said that I only paid $6 for two cannolis versus $12 for for cannolis oh, but I have my receipt from doordash as well as my credit card charged that match and show $12 for for cannolis. I drove to the restaurant to show them their error so they could be sure to give me my two cannolis and the owner decided to swear at me and treat me rudely and tell me to leave his restaurant and that they were not going to honor the previous conversation that they agreed they owed me to cannolis. When I contacted doordash to look into this, they concluded that Napoli did charge me $12 for for cannolis and they refunded the difference in the price between to cannolis and for cannolis to my credit card, and we'll be leaving feedback for Napoli's so that they don't do this again or treat customers like this again.AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS, THEY WILL LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO CONCEPT OF "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!

Always been the best pizzeria in Wallingford and what are the best Italian restaurants in the state of Connecticut in my opinion
