Horrible customer service. Waited about 10 minutes at the register. The manager seen me. He took my order and was very rude. If you need help hire staff. Also the cheese was not even melted. Seemed like everything was just thrown together.
They don't fill sodas up full, when u ask for fresh fries, they just Re-cook the old ones and hand them to you. They will argue with you about sauce that they say they put in the bag when they didn't.
They did not acknowledge my daughter waiting by the register inside. We got back in the car and ordered through the drive thru right away.
No one came to the counter to assist me or the woman or ahead of me from the inside. All the attention was on the drive thru only. Bad customer service.
Tried to order Szechuan sauce through the app. App said they had some. Got to location, main doors closed, drive through speaker was hard to hear, had to ask to come to window, lady didn’t see order and said they didn’t have any Szechuan sauce anyway. Didn’t even try to take our order in person or ask if they could help in any way.
Always double check your order they seem to always miss something. Just letting you guys know this McDonald's pretends to be closed at night by having the lights off in the dining room.
