Food was decent, but it seems they didn't have a lot of items readily available, so there was a bit of a wait.Some people were just hanging out in the restaurant, not eating, which was strange. Bathrooms were also locked and multiple people tried to use them unsuccessfully.

Poor food quantity and quality like they going out of business. The long is line. The driveway Is so tiny that my car gets stuck. My french fries was just tossed in the bag like they didn't care and still sent it out like that. worst KFC ever in CT. don't waste your time. The owner probably don't even care about this business himself. And there were little fries like the kind you find at the bottom of a deep fryer I don't appreciate it it was a waste of my money better off going to McDonald's right down the street at least there meat will be hot.my mash bowl had barley any mash potatoes and the meat was so small and just not fresh.
Good service. Food was decent. Just wish original recipe wasn't so greasy. Potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw were good as usual
The service is a little slow but the people are kind,if slow service really bothers someone,they could always apply for the job. I'm personally not too worried I work at night, so I really don't mind a few minute delay.
It was 9pm and they told us they didn't have more food plu they was close, so we had to go to a different town to get KFC.
Service was awful, slow and everything I wanted to order the didn’t have. I definitely don’t recommend this location.
I have been to many different KFC ? locations and some are good and some not so much. The KFC in Fishkill is a very good place to order chicken ?.This building is in good condition and seems to be clean in comparison to others.The drive-thru makes ordering on the go convenient and quick as long as there's not too many cars ahead of you.Eating indoors is also an option. Eating outdoors is doable as well. There are a few small tables and chairs right in front of the eatery.They have some combination meals that are a good price.The other thing that impresses me is the fact that there's not only KFC but an A&W combined. I have never seen that before at other KFC's.I recommend going here.
My brother Went through the drive-through, My famous bowl was fantastic.and 2p dark meal.and my brother ordered his meal.3 meals total were ordered. Got home and was missing my brothers meal!!! I’m visiting Connecticut. All I kept hearing was how lousy this location was in service. Franchise owner pay attention!! Consistently screwup‘s!! Franchise owner!! Don’t you care!! Doesn’t seem like it. Take care of customers!
Went to this location on 3/06/2022 at 6:15 pm with the intent of going inside, to my shock all the doors had been locked. While employees were sitting inside dining area. When I went through the drive thru they had said “they are closed for an hour”. Worst kfc ever! I’ve been here multiple times but at this point I’d rather eat at pop eyes.
