My last experience with Ginos left me disappointed .I was more than unhappy and dissatisfied with the food I received,I was totally disgusted with the service given by Leo" over the phone for a total of 4x.I ordered a Margarita Pizza it came with curdled cheese across my pie.It looked unappetizing,and tasted the same.My other was sm.ck alfredo pizza though it was extremely dry and hard as a rock,very little ricotta,no alfredo,No oil,lots of spinache(we threw it out)It wasnt the one I complained about.I called immediately and spoke to this employee who apoeared to be ...I had to continuously repeat myself as he in a dead monotone voice apologized while insisting that that is how mozzarella is supposed to be.I told him I didnt want it and was more than willing to bring it back,I was not paying for this.He told meWait not necessary 3x he would explain to the owner and have him call me.Each time I called back I conveniently missed,"Gino"Right up until closing.It is the last time I order there and that goes for the five regular customers who were now going without dinner.Shame on the your staff,maybe Gino needs to keep a better eye out on his business. AS I Stated the other pie went in the trash as well as this one.Before deciding to write this ,i then dug these four slices out.
First of all...you won't out do this place for "nice". This is the nicest place in Meriden to do business and that goes a long way! While it falls a little short of the proclamation of the "best pizza in town" by no means says that it's terrible! Certainly a top quality plain cheese pizzas! And if you do the simple things really good, people come back.The price was very good, it fed a lot of people and everyone liked it and when you are feeding a lot having a "crowd pleasing" place to order from is awesome.They have tons of specials, a big menu, something for everyone clearly and I honestly have nothing bad to say about the place. I recommend it to anyone and without a doubt if you're having a party.I plan on trying more stuff. Very impressive first visit!
Friendly staff and delicious food!! I always get my pizza and wings here. I'm ready to try more things from the extensive menu they have! I love Gino's Pizza!
Just placed my first order with Gino's. It will be my last.My order was placed at 4:10 p.m. and did not arrive until 5:48 p.m..The pizza was cold and the crust tough and chewy..Their advertisement states fast delivery with fresh ingredients.Somehow that got lost in translationPeriod not to mention I did not receive 15% off my first orderDon't waste your timeCall Domino's

Had to change this review before it happened to you too.Fishy oily fries on the side of a( dry chicken ) Caesar wrap with a half stale wrap. Menu states chips, they gave me fishy fries. Change the oil bro...This next to what should have been a BLT but was like bacon bit LT strangest thing I ever saw. And salty. As all get out.Tried to get my money back, only to get run around the ' the owner is not here" bull, I was talking to the owner....Save your money

I ordered the Meat Pocket pizza and it was wonderful! It reminded me of the Priazzo that Pizza Hut used to have 30 years ago. It was great! I definitely will be visiting again,
