Great experience and food. They always remember who I am. Their customer service skills are point on.
Clean, super friendly staff. I always enjoy my burger from here. Prices have significantly increased. I don't hold that against them, it just should be noted.
Worst visit to Five Guys. Burgers were dry and bland. Bread was stale, i asked for a strawberry shake got vanilla. Never again will i eat there.
Burgers were too dry. Large fries is a joke, really, and they are way overpriced. This is what I got for 2 large fries.
This was a bad five guys experience. My brother and I had to wait at least 20 minutes for our food and when I got it my burgers were both over cooked and thrown together very sloppy. I was deff disappointed bc five guys is usually consistently great.There were only 2 people working there in the Meriden location at the time so I'm gunna chalk the blame up to that. They seem understaffed like many other chains.
Straight up disgusting. Uber eats order was cold, missing an item and there was a long hair in my burger.
Worst "fast" food experience I've ever had. Took 30 minutes to make one burger and fries. Seemed like they completely forgot about my order until I asked. So long my milkshake was watery. The employees seemed clueless and unhelpful. Horrible
Ok so if your going to have a sign comparing yourself as the "Willy Wonkas of burger craft" then in my opinion Wonka must have laid off a few oompa loompas. The staff are great and food was dynamite but the store promotes the 6 thousand flavors of the coke fountain machines and they charge a hell of a lot for it. So you buy it and when you go to get a drink one machine is broken or out of order and the other one has no flavors or is pouring mixed flavors incorrectly. I am no Veruca Salt but your no willy Wonka
2 bacon cheese burgers and a small fry was $30!!!! The fries were soggy and not warm and the burgers were awful. Burger King has better bacon cheese burger for $1.00!! Seriously!
