I’ve seen episodes of Hell‘s kitchen less intense than being in this Dunkin’ Donuts at 11:15 AM on a Sunday. That said, my order was fine.
The worst Dunkin’ place ever to come for a drink. The lady server was so rude and didn’t even came to the register to take our order. She even called the person who was trying to come to us from driveway lane and take our order. They shouldn’t keep the door open if they cannot server the Customers in store. Never have I ever has this experience in any dunking. I would give negative star if I could. Never coming back to this place. BTW I am posting it from the store after patiently waiting 15 minutes to come and take our order.
Poor stopped a few times on my way to work it use to be quick. The staff before were great. Got ice lattes not even filled to the top.
We ordered Coolattas here, they were not full of random pieces of apple pies, which is a huge plus for me. Very tasty and a lotta cool drink. The sandwiches seem to be microwaved, but the service is fast and the sandwiches are still edible.
Grilled cheese tomato pesto sandwich was ice cold in the middle...3rd time it has happened in a month. Bread is soft and mushy usually, and drips or falls apart...toasting both pieces of bread first would help. Tastes good, but has some issues even picking it up.
Great place the remembered who I was instantly on my second visit. Made sure my drink was good too! Definitely recommend 10/10
Went there at 2:30 to get two coffees so there was no line. A girl named Heather was working and was so rude for no reason and rushing me while I was ordering. And on top of that both drinks were disgusting. I was so mad I didn’t even go back, I just threw them out.
Today was their grand reopening event. They had coffee puppet to take pictures with and were giving away a coupon and a trinket neither were offered to us as potential customers or after being customers. They did take a picture of my daughter with the puppet and probably used it for their own advertising purposes. I wondered why we not offered free stuff. We saw other people going in and were approached and given a coupon. Hmm, only thing I can think of is we were not White. We even spoke to the people at the booth and still nothing!! Unbelievable! You should be ashamed of yourselves DD.The reason for the 4 stars is because store is beautiful and upgraded.
Kept my debit card and refused to take my name and number if it turned up.Insisted they have never done that.
Had a gift certificate and cashier asked another cashier who had to wait for Mgr. To imput information to accept payment. And drive thru was busy and I waited some more. But the Mgr knew what she was doing and finally got it done. 2 cashiers trying and My potatoes were cold and sucked. I didn't think the 6.99 sandwich was worth it. Rest of coffee and doughnuts were good.
