My son went to this one to get me a coffe before he had to go to his appointment.messed on the order. He left frustrated one drink short because they were focused on the drive thru.2 other customers were waiting in the lobby as well.this is what happens timing every one
Service is not bad, decent speed at drive thru
Service was good but what you truly have worrie about other customers driving way to fast in driveway.
I went Yesterday around 5pm and these two very polite people got my order super fast and with a big smile on their face ! I was doing a DoorDash and waiting for my order but I didn’t even wait long for my order !
Coffee fell all over me due to the lids keep popping off. Workers are nice but They Haven't resolved this issue. It falls on the CEO.
I don’t even have to explain myself spent $15 (obviously on other things) but not for a dry old bagel specified to add extra cream cheese because this type of thing always happens. At this point I was just being mocked, not the only time it’s happened.
One of the people in our group got sick due to an allergy because they mislabeled our drinks
I go here every morning before work. I do mobile ordering to make is easy and this year haven’t seen one of those stoppers in my hot coffee. This location used to be great had great employees that cared for the customer now there is maybe one. Any other Dunkin you get the stopper but not this. Disappointed
