I don't really enjoy the coffee at Dunkin' donuts too much but lately the caramel swirl hot or iced Is my jam
I'm going to give them 5 stars because I usually have great service but recently there is an employee who where's soo much body purfume that you can actually smell the fragrance on your coffee lid the odor is horrible makes me want to puke please address this issue this can become a serious health issues with someone who suffers allergies
Good service when I go inside. Window service needs much improvement. I'm really a window girl,but I ❤️ Dunkin Donuts. So I've just about given up on the window.
If I could give zero stars I would! There’s literally no reason to have an attitude especially at 7:30 in the morning! Don’t work if you can’t deal with people. Went through the drive through 2 times , the first time an employee gave us a nasty attitude, second time my order was completely wrong clearly they don’t care. Never ever will I spend my money at this Dunkin.
I actually like this dunkin so it's sad to make a bad review but I had sent my fiance to get me food and they didn't put the cream cheese with my order and when I sent him back to get it they charged me for it. I know that it was asked for so I don't understand why I'm getting charged for another cream cheese because they forgot the first one. I'm not too happy about it and that's not really great customer service. I Work in customer service I think that's absurd.
this place always messes up my orders and makes my coffee wrong and on top of that bad customer service

Dunkin was fine. The homeless guy at the drive through isn't. The staff doesnt seem to care.
Fast service done right. Easy in and out. On the down side, unfortunately this store doesn't offer a full menu.
Get what you get from most dunkins-coffee. Bathroom not clean.
