Pizza was delivered and first I’ve always order from Wethersfield, never had a problem. Ordered from the meriden store and it’s horrible. The pizza was made with 3x the cheese that it needed, with not enough time to cook and to top it off it wasn’t even cut. While trying to take apart the slice it completely feel apart. The pizza was so thin in the middle that the dough couldn’t hold the pizza. What I got delivered was not a pizza, I received a box of cheese.
Since moving to Meriden this dominos has been nothing but wonderful, a huge improvement from my experiences in Naugatuck
I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and I'm not lying when I say the chicken flew out of the pizza because I couldn't find it, I literally got ripped off today!

Sent the complete wrong order! Brain the associate tried to help but refuse to give us the supervisor name and told us that the supervisor said he was to busy to talk to us but they don’t know if we’re lying and for that reason they can’t give a refund but a credit. We ask if the Supervisor was name Mizan associate stood quite which gave us confirmation that it was. From the comment below we agree The supervisor was unprofessional by not coming to the phone and having an associate deal with the matter.
Worst delivery i have ever had, driver was super rude and was yelling at me on the phone. He didn't want to come upstairs to my apartment and deliver the pizza, i had to come all the way down and get the pizza from him. Super rude and unprofessional. Last time ordering from here for sure. Worst service ever. Never had this problem before ever. 0 starts for sure. I dont even trust eating this pizza now.

Ordered a large pizza online recently with extra cheese, but the cheese was so little and the pizza was thin as hell, for $25! Very disappointing, this is supposed to be 2600 calories according to the website, doesn't look more than 1400.
Absolute worst place to buy from. Not clean not friendly at all. I was delivered food with with a 3 inch hair baked into the pizza and when I called the store John the manager was a condescending prick. He was rude and will make it clear to you that he doesn’t care about you or your complaint. In my opinion he allows his restaurant to be dirty because in his words “we are a private franchise and you can complain all you want you’re wasting your time and nothing will become of it”. If you want hair and dirty food eat here. Establishment in Middletown Main Street store 4052.
