I had no problems before. After 30 minutes of being home I got sick. Not to get nasty. It was violent. From 1pm to 7 pm I wasn't feeling right. Not sure what got me ill. Now my stomach feeling extra sore.
Zero stars!!!! Absolutely disgusted came for dinner on a Friday night this was part of the hibachi i pointed it out to the staff working and he pulled it out with his bare hands then took the two plates of noodles i had no longer wanted because at that point my appetite was lost and again using his bare hands took and put the food that was on my plate and put it back into the tray to be served. Completely grossed out! This place should be shut down! The other side of the buffet was not appetizing either! We didn't eat anything and they still wanted us to pay!!! We left and will not be back.
The best Chinese buffet in the area... however the food is rather average. Nothing amazing here, just the usual. When ordering take-out, the quality is the same; better take out options by far. There is a salad bar, fruit bar, and a few things like pizza and fries. Skip those, veggies and fruit taste a bit old (I've eaten here a few times, always the case). Mongolian Grille can be amazing, or sub par, depending on who is running it. If you live in the area and don't want to drive more then 15 minutes, this is your best option.
Bad customer service, they charge buffet fee+tax+service charge also.. I visited a lot of buffets around CT, but only this place charge additional service fee for their service, around $8.97..Customer service also wrost, no smile, even though when we asked water, they throw it on the table..Eventhough it was 8.30, they started to cleaning, and buffet floor is wet, and my kids going to felt down.. they removed some dishes already for closing. however, I gave extra tip also..(don’t recommend for people because you have to pay extra amount for service fee) We paid $80 for 2adult and 2,4,6age kids.. Don’t wast your money
I wish I could put zero stars. Quality has gone way down hill. I am actually upset that they’re making me pay money for more than half of what I was supposed to eat and didn’t because it tasted horrible. Such a shame because they actually used to be good.
BUYER BEWARE!!!I ate here and they tried to sneak in a $13.37 s service charge without it being posted and took my credit card and swiped it. When I saw the outrageous bill I asked for a receipt which the cashier refused to let me have until I demanded. Never eating here again.
Honestly to tell the truth I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!! The service here is terrible! I brought my nine year old daughter to this place and they kept claiming she was an adult just because of her height. I mean who says a child is an adult just because of their height??? that’s just plain stupid. And honestly the food selection here isn’t that great at all. Its a 1/10 for me.. I was charged $103 for a weak variety of food! I left this restaurant angry because their hospitality is just a 0 out of 10. The service fee was so high I was just so stunned. Visiting this place felt like a waste of time!! Don’t come here for your own good!!
Reasonably priced, there is a good amount of options to choose from, the quality of the food is pretty good.The place is large inside, so even when it’s busy, does not feel crowded , being in a plaza, there is an abundance of parking available.
we love going to buffets in CT, this is by far our most visited. We’ve been going here for years and love it, the atmosphere is clean, waiters are friendly, food is good and nice set up
I absolutely hate putting bad reviews but my daughter wanted to go out to eat since we were right next to this place so I took her and I had to use the bathroom so bad and when I went in all 3 stalls were disgusting, throw up and feces in every stall, so I held it instead, it made me want to leave so bad but I stayed to give them a chance. Me and my daughter barely ate and it was almost $60 waste of money. Sorry not sorry and the food wasn't great at all to be honest. There's more but I would just say just go next door to McDonald's! ??♀️
