Prices are cheap, food could be better, but over all its a good place.
Great tasting steaks and food, but still NO SALAD BAR??? There are no more covid restrictions and all the other salad bars have been open for more then 6 months, so STOP with the "covid" excuses. If your not bringing it back, just say so and lower your prices because customers are getting less then what we used to get for the same price. When ordering takeout, you get a small plain salad and none of the good stuff that used to be on the salad bar. Is it coming back or not? I wont be back until the salad bar is. What a shame.
Good food reasonable price. Drink cup should be bigger but free refills. Messed up couple things on order but fixed quickly.
Awesome food, good service, prices are reasonable, I’m very happy and thankful to have an American Steakhouse around.
Good experience overall. The T-bone steak tasted a little weird but they replaced it no questions asked and the second plate was spot on. I felt like staff wasn’t as attentive as the Bridgeport location, but they were friendly. We would recommend this place.
Not the same as when I was growing up. However, the protocol for getting food is safe considering COVID standards/guidelines. Mediocre if you ask me. The staff on duty the day of our visit was okay. American Steakhouse is nothing to write home about.
Very disappointing that the salad bar is still closed at this time of the mask mandate being lifted other establishments are using their salad bars and Buffay‘s but not the American SteakhouseAlthough the food was good and the service was great I will not return until the salad bar is open I feel that I only received half of the experience I really enjoy that salad bar hopefully I will be at it in this review in the next coming weeks and give this establishment a better review
The place was clean. The food was blah. I had a burger, asked for well done and it definitely wasn't. The other person I was with had their food undercooked also. It was disappointing considering they were not even that busy. Not sure if I will try again.
The food and prices are very good ?. But they need to open the salad ? bar again. Great place to get together with friends ?, they don't rush you out of there.
I used to like it but yesterday thursday i went to a party and was excited to go again because i loved their steak but after yesterday im NEVER going to buy from them again steak was horrible feels like they took it from a freezer a long time ago my family was throwing up so bad and diarrea no thank you is theast time im going to their restaurant
